Hotel Terbaik di Amsterdam dengan Spa

Location: very nicely located between tram stops and metro station. You can easily access the city center by tram or metro. I love how quiet the area is without the noise from the main city. Service: it was raining very heavily during my arrival at the hotel, and the staff only allowed soaking wet guests to check in at 3pm. I think some flexibility can be practiced here. Breakfast is good, but the exact same every single day. I was there for 7 days and would have appreciated some variation. In-house restaurant’s burger and fries were good but the pizza is frozen and costs €12. Cleanliness: housekeeping is adequate but very inconsistent. Some days the toilet wasn’t scrubbed, no plastic lining for the bin, no change of cups, etc. Note that hotel does not provide toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers for single room type. Amenities: wouldn’t advise paying €19 for the spa facilities as the space is very limited and filled with rowdy teenagers. Certainly not conducive for relaxing with all the noise. . I only stayed for half an hour and never went back for the rest of my stay.

A very nice view with 180° city and canal view, very peaceful. There is a walking path behind the hotel which the view there very awesome. The hotel lobby design very trendy and artful, definitely will come back again as it is very comfort to stay here.

Great hotel in Amsterdam, Great staff ,lovely room overlooking harbour ,Easy walking distance to city centre about 20minutes. Only negative is that the dinning room staff kept my change from the bill from dinner assuming it was a tip. they were not happy when we questioned this and become quite rude. it was only 3 euro but do not keep my money , give me the option with what I decide to do with my money

Staffs are friendly. Breakfast superb. Fast service, receptionist need to be more aware on reservations made

Setelah mendaftar masuk, pelayan akan memberi penerangan mengenai kemudahan hotel atau lokasi restoran. Apabila anda memasuki bilik, anda juga akan memperkenalkan corak bilik. Tunggu. 5⃣️ Kerana saya menginap selama satu malam, saya menaiki pesawat pada keesokan harinya dan menempah jenis bilik umum mereka. Harga purata sekitar 650-700 euro semalam. Bilik ini berukuran kira-kira 40 meter persegi. Saya fikir ia harus lebih daripada itu. Susun aturnya sangat luas, hiasan biliknya tidak rumit, dan keselesaan yang akan datang sangat jarang berlaku. 6⃣️ Bilik sudah siap dengan kad alu-aluan dengan nama anda dan coklat khas 🍫, barang keperluan harian seperti mencuci dan menyusu adalah Ferragamo, bos, pada dasarnya tidak boleh habis hahaha. 7⃣️ Termasuk sarapan, sarapan tidak berbentuk bufet, tetapi memesan. Saya datang ke perhimpunan sarapan kontinental. Oleh kerana saya hanya seorang, jadi pelayan memberi saya setengah hidangan. Terdapat piring keju, piring ham, salmon asin, roti, Yogurt, kopi, buah, dan lain-lain, separuh tidak cukup untuk dimakan haha. 8⃣️ Taman belakang hotel adalah tarikan utama. Pada awalnya, saya hanya melihat gambar taman belakang sebelum memikirkan tempahan, tetapi pada musim sejuk di Amsterdam, cuaca tidak memuaskan, sama ada cuaca mendung atau hujan, saya melihat banyak gambar bersih, musim bunga Taman yang penuh dengan tulip sangat menawan. 👉 Halaman belakang Waldorf Astoria adalah halaman peribadi terbesar di Amsterdam, dan tersenarai sebagai warisan budaya dunia ~

Hotel location was good as it is in the central area to almost all activities that we went. But however, hotel room service did not help us to empty our toilet trash bin every single day despite that we gave tips everyday, so I'm not sure how clean exactly is their room service. Bring extra cash for hotel tax and deposits as we were only told on the 1st night of checking in when the recept call up to our room to ask us to go to the reception to pay for our hotel tax and deposit, where only the deposits will be refunded upon checking out if you did not consume their in-room beverages or destroy their hotel etc. Hotel location is very near to 2 super mart, and also the ******** coffee shop, cafe and restaurants, not very convenient for kids as every where smells of ********. Breakfast was super good spread, large varieties, we love it.

A little far away from the city but there is bus stop quite convenient. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to explore the city in a few days.

To be honest, I expected more from the hotel, but it definitely doesn’t pull on 4 stars. You can put a solid three. Although everything was perfectly painted in the booking, it didn’t even come close to the description. I was surprised that they did not bring water during cleaning. Could leave bathroom attributes, could not. I can't comment on towels. The room was arranged in a high-tech style, but to be honest, such rooms need to be populated on demand, since there was a feeling that something was about to fall or fall off. Internet was not working well. Breakfast was excellent. And incomprehensible scheme of the bar. Because if you are on a business trip, you want to sit at the bar in the evening, but here you had to leave earlier. Also, when you start work in the morning, you definitely won’t drink coffee at the bar, which is additionally inconvenient

We love staying at the Hotel Andaz. The staff is exceptional and the rooms immaculate as well as fun with everything a person needs. From toiletries to bathrobes and slippers! The location worked great for us. We could walk everywhere and hop on the trolly if needed. We wish we had stayed longer!

Hotel is very nicely located in the centre of the historical canal ring area. I just stayed one night and did not have the opportunity to visit any of the restaurants. However, my major disappointment was in relation to the room service. After a long day I come to my room around midnight and decided to have quick dinner before going to sleep. I called the room service to order tomato soup (only choice) club sandwich with fries and a coke. After half an hour, I received a call saying that they ran out of soup. I asked why it took half an hour to figure out they had no soup, the gentleman on the phone was not apologetic. He said, I don’t know that is what they told me from the kitchen in a rude way. Then I waited another 25 minutes to receive my order. They forgot the french fries and brought a bottle of coke without opening the cap, no glass and ice. I called again they said they forgot the fries and the glass but they can bring it in a non apologetic way. In the mean time, I found a glass from the mini bar area which I usually hesitate to use since I am not sure how long they have been there. I also found a bottle opener for the coke. When I tasted my club sandwich, it was cold and the tasted bread was very hard to eat like a rubber. I seriously think this hotel has a problem with the room service which needs to be fixed starting from the chef to the person who has been answering the phone.
