Our family of 7 (ages 18-75) enjoyed this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and answered our many questions and were even able to accommodate an early check in (unexpected but greatly appreciated). We took advantage of the breakfast, which is in a lovely breakfast room overlooking the garden. Eggs, meats, various breads, homemade jam & granola, cappuccino/latte machine. The rooms were clean and well-appointed for our needs. The only issue we had was that it was exceptionally hot one day of our stay and the window in one of our rooms only opened a little so it was hard to cool down. The other rooms had different window configurations so they were fine. However, the staff were able to provide us with an extra fan which helped. The location was great for us, safe, quiet and charming. It was right across the street from the zoo, which has a lovely plaza where we enjoyed relaxing (don't need admission to the zoo). Botanical garden just down the street, also near the Resistance Museum. Several good cafes are nearby, and it is right on the tram line. It is outside the main touristy area, which was a plus for us, but easy to get to. We would stay here again and highly recommend.
