bad hotel!!!💩💩💩 dont go i had a rat in my room the food was sooooiooo badddddd my family and me were so disappointed with the room there was no bed for my child he had to sleep on the floor?😡😡 not good at all dont gooo!!!!!! there are no windows in the room

Staff excellent. Rooms very good, clean, comfy. Great transport close. The bad. This place attracts the noisy, obnoxious crowd. Its hard to get to sleep because of people making noise all around. Kids, teens, party goers this is the place for you. Anyone wanting to get some sleep dont bother. It completely spoils the good parts of the place. Also 1 broken microwave for ALL of the people in a self service kitchen, hopeless. I jug for boiling water in the whole place. Useless. So Tired. Never again.

The reception staff is really pleasant, the room was well-organised, I had four towels in my room, and the atmosphere is stunning. There is also a guest kitchen where you can microwave food or make a quick meal if needed. In addition, it's only a 5-minute metro ride to Amsterdam Central, I 100% recommend this hotel.

Good. But food was scuttery staff weren't nice people rooms were very small for the price and hair left in the shower.Tv doesn't work awful smell in the corridor. Room key stopped working after a day.not a lot of space for luggage beds were small as well and i found chewing gum on the side of my bed.

We arrived and were happy as to location to public transport. Sadly though the Heating wasn’t working in the room and despite asking for help at reception, it took me to complain and demand someone come to my room immediately to fix the issue for us to be moved rooms and find out the heating was broken in the first room. We were then moved to a room at the other end of the same floor. It had a Dirty bathroom/shower curtains, drainage in all plug holes an issue. Rooms weren’t cleaned the entire 5 nights we stayed. NONE of the rooms are most definitely NOT Soundproof as I was woken by next doors hairdryer at 5am, then the next morning by the family’s kids. When I complained about this I was shown a new room on a different floor but when we were there you could hear the conversation of the people in the room next to us. Breakfast was a buffet with the only hot food being toast - NOT worth over €11 - you can get nicer food from the main streets of Amsterdam for similar prices. Honestly if you don’t care about being cold or food then it’s okay but it’s SERIOUSLY overpriced!!

Well located hostel close to the train station, which has easy and quick connections to the Centraal station. Our room and en suite bathroom was spacious and clean, even though it had four beds, and our beds were made every morning. The availability of lockers both within and outside of the room was also useful and appreciated. While the kitchen space was nice and had two fridges, one of two of the kitchens was out of use making it cramped at times. Also one of two of the stoves was out of use making cooking a little more difficult. Also, we had an effectively undercover alarm- it was white and looked like a light switch- pretty much on the headboard of the bed so we inevitably hit it accidentally multiple times. That could do with moving.
