Hotel Anaheim dengan Bar

I’d been to 4 hotels in S Harbour street in Anaheim but Sheraton is an exception and the best by far. It feels like home. All attractions (restaurants, Disney, stores) are within walkin distance. Beautiful hotel

No room service is a big letdown. Having to enter our building via the back wasn’t good. All my bookings made through trip.com were wrecked by them changing it from 6 of us to just 2 adults.

Very convenience if you are going to disneyland, there is a straight shuttle bus outside that brings you straight to there. Only disappointed is that forgot to make up our room, because when the person came we were still in the room. Maybe miscommunication, but overall a pleasant experience.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you’re traveling with a family to visit Disneyland this is the hotel for you. We love the convenience of being able to walk back to the hotel to take a little break. Highly recommended.

I’m writing this because it helped when I was looking to book a place for our trip to Disneyland and also I was happy with my stay. We stayed 3 nights here. I had stayed here before 20yrs ago. First, the castle theme is eye catching for the kids( my daughter is 17 and it was her 1st time to Disneyland) she thought it was cool. Place was clean, hot tub was hot and the pool was good temperature and all was clean. Well lit, no weird activities or people around. Good parking area. Room had a microwave and refrigerator that I wasn’t specifically looking for but it came in really handy. We ordered door dash and kept drink and left overs in frig. It’s close to restaurants, Starbucks, walgreen and of course Disneyland. I have a bad knee and It was close enough for me to walk without issues. It’s like 2 blocks away. I forgot to mention I needed a first floor room when I booked it and the staff made sure I got one. They did inform me that it is a bit noisier on the first floor which there were some noise but nothing crazy and I appreciated the information. People are on vacation so the place had early activity from guest but still not anything too noisy. I looked at hotels for hours trying to pick one for this trip. One I was going to pick also said it is close to Disneyland but I noticed it when we arrive in town and it was on the back side. This hotel is on the same street as the main entrance to Disneyland. We walked back to the hotel after midnight and the streets was well light as well as the hotel. I’m really glad I chose this hotel and I would stay here again. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

The service was really the best thing of the hotel, very very helpful, much more so than many 4-5 stars. This is the first time I actually tipped in a hotel. The hotel itself is a pretty old and trip.com's pictures are pretty deceiving (more than the average level of deceiving compared to other hotels). Luckily, even though the whole room is pretty old, the bathroom has a very acceptable level of cleaniness.

Stayed here for a week while visiting disneyland with family. We had two rooms booked both on the concierge level (18). We arrived at the hotel early around 1pm and were surprised that both our rooms were ready for early check in. Spent time at the hotel enjoying the club lounge and pool that day. Hotel was busy with conferences going on and a convention going on at the convention center. It felt crowded but the hotel was properly staffed. We never had to wait for food, drinks, or elevators. It was only a 15-20 minute walk to Disney or a quick walk and bus ride over that picks you up right by the Hilton and drops you off right at the gates to Disney. The club level was open Monday-Friday for grab and go drinks/snacks 6:30am to 10pm and Saturday/Sunday for grab and go drinks/snacks 12pm to 10pm. Breakfast daily, appetizers in the afternoon, and deserts at night. Saturday/Sunday full breakfast buffet in the restaurant. The staff in the club lounge were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely return in the future.

The hotel is well located within 10 minutes walk to Disneyland Resort. It’s not for those very particular about cleanliness though. The hotel tap water not sure why came out cloudy and the pot and pans doesn’t look very clean so ended up not using it at all. But was fine for a short stay.

Perfect location to parks shuttle service was great too Rooms quiet clean and roomy very comfortable beds the pool was relaxing the Japanese restaurant was the bomb the chefs were great funny we enjoyed talking with them while they were creating some lovely sushi plates some of the best fresh authentic sushi I’ve ever had Only sushi place I know close to Disneyland This hotel has great value it’s family friendly we’ve stayed here several times and we highly recommend It. If you are doing the Disneyland/Disney California Adventure then this hotel is only a block away. But it's situated further in the block that it's not right on the street (it can get the cross streets can get very very busy). The pool is big and clean. I actually booked this hotel for that sole reason. I wanted a big pool so as not to swim in a crowded pool. The pool at this hotel satisfied that for me. My only complaint is that the room I was in did not have hot water in the shower. While I stayed here in August and the weather was in the upper 80s, it is still hard to shower when the shower head is blasting icy cold water. Also, the tub gets clogged very easily. Other than that I liked the hotel. I'll probably stay here again when I come back to Anaheim.
