Booked in for 12 nights as we needed somewhere close to Disneyland resort, we aren’t experienced travellers so we thought we would remain in one place and move around by car. Very impressed with the speed of check-in and friendly service we were provided with upon arrival. It’s a family run business (we believe) so you are likely to get a better level of service. The property provided us with free parking while staying also which was one of the reasons we chose it over other options in the area. The price was low and we didn’t expect much but we were very happy with the hospitality shown and the room we had. The room offered air conditioning/heating. The bed was to our comfort. The bathroom was clean and reasonably new. It had a small kitchen area where everything provided worked fine. We couldn’t really be happier with it for the price we had paid. We experienced no major issues while staying. You can see the Disney fireworks from the balcony of the car park which is a nice bonus. The walk to the resort is around 10-15 minutes which is ideal. It also within walking distance of some fast food restaurants and a convenience store. Would definitely recommend staying here and will likely use again if we travel to Anaheim again.I’m

SStacey LGreat location, clean rooms, friendly staff. We'll definitely be returning. About a 15 minute walk to the parks. Close to the beach.

JJeong-Hye HongThis place was perfect to me! I went to Disneyland and the location was near from disneyland so just took the Grove bus (Disneyland Main Transportation Center 03/you need a ticket) and rode 1 stop. The counter officers were kind and also people in the same room were. Thank you for everything!

CConnorCheck in was smooth with very kind individuals at the front desk. The bathroom was not completely clean but the bed was comfy. No large complaints, pretty good value for the cost.

PPengguna Tetamuhorrible service: i was at the airport and my flight was cancelled one hour before the departure time with no other flights leaving for over 24 hours. i called the riviera motel specifically asking for a credit to stay at a later date, NOT a refund. the owner continually shouted “no refunds” at me because my booking was non refundable as of two days prior. well, my flight was not cancelled two days ago and now i have no way to get there. he said something that i couldn’t understand, so i asked him to repeat himself and he hung up on me. i called him back a second time and told him how unprofessional it was that he hung up on me, and he interrupted me several times to tell me that my booking is non refundable. i told him that i will be cancelling all future bookings at this hotel and taking my business elsewhere, and he hung up on me again. this would have been my 3rd stay at the riviera motel this year, and i had another booking planned later in september. he did not offer to work with me and my situation at all. if this is how a repeat customer is treated at this motel, i will be taking my business to literally any other hotel on the block and advise you to do the same.

PPengguna TetamuIt's a 2 star motel .we paid less than $50 per night. The room was clean but worn. It appears they are upgrading the property as we saw construction on one of the rooms happening during our stay. Towels, linen etc are typical low quality motel style, but again clean. No room service so you must talk to the front desk about everything. This is exacerbated because apparently they don't answer their phone (We called over a dozen times.) There are NO PHONES IN ROOMS. They do advertise free Wi-Fi. I believe some sites even listed as high speed Wi-Fi. This is absolutely false. If you're not in one of the rooms next to the front desk you are not be able to access Wi-Fi at this facility. Staff was courteous and helpful. Location is convenient especially if you're visiting more than just ”the mouse”. If you're looking for four star service avoid this place. If you looking for a budget friendly place to crash at night Executive Inn isn't a bad choice.
