Ulasan Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you’re traveling with a family to visit Disneyland this is the hotel for you. We love the convenience of being able to walk back to the hotel to take a little break. Highly recommended.

No sugar in room for my coffee only three creamers. Also bathroom was small I kept hitting things around me.

We have stayed many time here, and the food was okay. It was the same menu at the pool as in the cafe which was not great. The room was dated needs updating for the amount you spend nightly. The convenience to the Parks was good and the customer service was excellent.

No other option if you want to be in the parks . The most convenient hotel of all .

If they had a few more food shops on site it would have made a big difference but otherwise it was great

This is the best of the three Disney properties. By far the customer services and the offerings at the Grand Californian are the best.
