Service was GREAT. And You can't go wrong with location because there are multiple restaurants around the hotel within walking distance to and from hotel.

The only reason I got a high rating for calling this is I cleaned my room myself the whole time the time I asked for towels sat in the hallway for 2 days and I had to go to the front desk and ask her towels and they told me to wait that they would call somebody but nobody ever showed up so at 3:00 in the morning I had to go back to my desk just to get towels. Had some complaints about people upstairs it was way too loud when princess sitting would call up there and ask him to stop apparently they didn't because it's still extremely loud and somebody broke into my room two times when I was getting in the shower

The room was big and spacious, the only issue was the main building was burned down and boarded off which disrupted the travel in the parkinglot (it was bad)

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed at. It looks pretty nice online, but it is nothing like the pics. Part of it had a fire, the other part looks like it’s been in an endless terrible remodel job. I was supposed to have a kitchen in my room and I didn’t. It said online that there is continental breakfast and coffee, there wasn’t. I had to walk to McDonalds for coffee. The parking lot is full of broken down vehicles and tweakers everywhere. They must rent the rooms out monthly to people that don’t work. There is dogs barking all night long in peoples rooms, garbage all over the hallway. There is absolutely no way I would have stayed there with my wife and kids. Absolutely no way I will ever stay there again. The place should be condemned.

The building on the ad looks to have burned down and the property in use is old and not well upkept. Reception area was an old room, very dirty and cluttered. While waiting to check in, witnessed the owner and previous patron yelling at each other for 5 minutes. Hallways very loud all all night with people coming and going. Yelling/fighting from rooms above and beside until 4am. Bed was very worn out. Gum on the floor and holes in the celling. No coffee or even a cup provided. No towels in the room. Airport shuttle driver in old beat-up van, did not say much or even confirm who I was. No breakfast provided as advertised.

The property was half burned, and there was absolutely no electricity. The man wouldn’t even let me in the door.

1/2 of the hotel is boarded up from a fire. They didn't have the room that I had reserved. The parking lot didn't have any of the snow removed. It was difficult to navigate around the lot and it seemed quite sketchy. The part of the building still open is in desperate need of repairs. I could see construction materials around so I think repairs are happening. The room was clean.

It was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. The bathroom door was kicked in and the floors were sticky. Will never go here again.

Evidently part of the hotel burned in a fire. The office is a make shift office, all the staff are really nice. The first room we got there was no heat. -17 degrees, so They were great about moving us. Second room the hot water in the shower didn't work and the TV didn't work. We sponge bathed since we only stayed two nights. Price reflected the hotel. Won't stay here again, but the staff were all really nice considering the conditions.

Beds were filthy and dirty no towels, no toilet paper ceiling falling in people passed out in the hallway should be condemned

There was hair and some other type of solids (dirt, small pebbles) all over the bed sheets. I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter with all my clothes on. It was very noisy and you could hear loud tvs and music though the wall. Spend a few extra dollars and go down the road to the Lakefront Hotel.

There were no inside door locks in the room I stayed in . The carpets were stained and smelly.
