The room was cleaned only with towels changed; the trash wasn't taken out, and the bed wasn't made. 3. I booked a 5:30 a.m. airport shuttle, but it didn't show up. When I asked the front desk, they just said, "Wait another five minutes." I ended up being 15 minutes late and still not showing up. I ended up having to call an Uber to catch my flight."

Then the ventilation fan in the bathroom could not be turned on. When I reported it to him, he told me to ask maintenance personnel to come and take a look, but they never came. The room and hotel are okay, clean and sanitary, and the facilities are relatively new. Overall, it is recommended."
