Adalah pilihan yang baik untuk datang ke hotel ini jika anda mempunyai peluang pada musim panas, privasi yang baik dan cincin luar berkelajuan tinggi adalah mudah, perkhidmatan bilik hotel adalah berperikemanusiaan dan perkhidmatan yang sangat menggembirakan, dan daftar keluar masa tidak berhenti mendesak, yang memberikan kita kesabaran dan kepercayaan yang cukup. Pemanasan sangat kuat untuk menjadikan musim sejuk yang asalnya sejuk tidak lagi sejuk 🥶. Cadar dan selimut adalah bersih dan kering, dan tidak membawa sebarang ketidakselesaan pada musim sejuk yang basah. Pendek kata, saya berpuas hati dengan segala-galanya dan mengesyorkan hotel yang hebat ini kepada semua orang. Terima kasih kepada Ctrip kerana membenarkan saya mencari dan menempah hotel ini🙏🙏

Hotel où tout est très bien,chambre spacieuse et propre,et très calme ,personnel très agréable,petit déjeuner au top grâce à la personne qui s en occupe,très gentil,il ne manque rien et il y a un très grand choix,perso on a pris le bus près de l hotel pour aller au chateau,on peux aller a terrabotanica en bus et tramway On reviendra

The staff were very friendly, the accommodation comfortable and the hotel is perfectly placed to enable a visitor to explore Angers. Breakfast was excellent but the dinner menu too heavy for our taste.

Stayed for 1 night during a visit to Angers. Convenient location and easy walking to most tourist attractions ; the tram is also available right across from the hotel. Very nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, nespresso machine, robes, slippers for Accor members.. There is the added advantage of hotel parking ($20 E). It is recommended to join the Accor loyalty program (free) for special benefits and offers. I would stay again.

-A 250EUR deposit for a 2 night stay is abusive -Heat wave or not heat wave, the temperature inside the room is unacceptable. It hits over 32 celsius when outside is 36. There is a problem with termic isolation or the building was designed for something else. But they provide a fan and a quilt (just in case) -A spring mattress from the previous century hard like a rock -There is supermarket just in front with a generator that makes a loud noise all night. They also have a sensor-triggered light that turns on randomly illuminating my room temporarily in the middle of the night -Arrangement of the studio is bad. Toilet wide. Corridor very wide. Room is tiny -Price was very expensive providing what you get -Staff cannot manage any situation besides arguing ‘not our fault’ or ‘don't complaint. You have a fan' They are just incompetent showing an outmost contemp for their customers All in all, a sick & disgusting experience. I just didn’t want to stay in the room… felt it was unhealthy. Worst ever place i’ve ever been. The manager of this place should spend just a night to ‘enjoy’ the experience Ps. To the place, Please restraint from providing canned answers. Just close this place in summer if this is what you can offer. Arguing that is not your fault is unaceptable. If you are not responsible for offering a livable space, then, what are you accountable for? [try to answer this to yourselves] Ps2. Btw, 2 days later still not heard from my deposit, are this guys offering pathetic service for the rates of a 5* hotel?

The images on the website must have been from years ago when the hotel was first built or when it was last refurbished if it has ever been refurbished. The condition of the hotel fixtures and fittings was very poor and dilapidated. The staff were very welcoming but none of them could speak a word of English. To be fair I can’t speak French but I’m not the host. There was some reason that the roads around the hotel were all closed off, it was either for the market or possibly because the authorities were expecting unrest due to protests over the French elections. This meant we couldn’t drive to the car park by the hotel and had to park a good 0.5km walk away and carry our heavy luggage to the hotel. I appreciate that this was not the hotels fault but they could have let guests know before their arrival instead of us driving round and round trying to find a route to the hotel. We were a group of 4 in 2 cars driving from Northern Spain through France to the UK. We stayed in hotels San Sebastián, Bordeaux, Saint Amelia (chateau) Vanes, and Honfleur staying in hotels everyone of which were superb but whilst the bed was very comfortable that was the only positive about this hotel in Angers.
