Very friendly staff at front desk and at breakfast time. The hotel is very clean, rooms are clean and very nice, and breakfast buffet was very yummy. The location is convenient and a short walk from the Old town. Some things to be aware of: Be careful of the room that you may be given if it is on a lower floor and right over the railway under the hotel. When I first checked in, I was given one of these rooms (might have been 306?), However, before even setting my luggage down, the train rolled through and shook the whole room. I asked the very friendly front desk person (Lucile) if there was another room and she accommodated, by switching me to a room at the end of the hotel. The room was quiet, and was a very nice room. Next, be aware that if you are driving to the hotel for the 1st time, there is no temporary parking area in front of the main entrance, for unloading and check in, as you find at 99 percent of all hotels. You must drive down into the underground garage, go up to the card swipe station, press the intercom button, and they will let you into the garage. Lastly, the parking garage was a bit tight to navigate. My coworker actually scrapped the side of her rental car the first time she pulled in. There is a fee for the hotel parking. An alternative parking is available right next to the garage doors, on the right, which is for the train station. Another coworker of mine used this parking and it is easier to navigate.

Super accueil, quand on vous ouvre la porte en précisant votre nom .. ça étonne toujours un peu ! Le personnel est extra. Les chambres sont propres et très soignées. Bon matelas. Le mieux reste quand même le petit déjeuner .. tout est frais ! Petit bémol.. la vitesse de l’ascenseur 🤓

Happy to have chosen this hotel for a short stay in Annecy. Easy booking and communicating with the hotel from the beginning! The Good: - very friendly and approachable staffs. easy breezy check in/out - top central location near old town, close to cafes, restaurants, shops and the lake! - great deco at the lobby, modern and filled with fun activities - parking garage right next to it - room with balcony and riverside view, also come with kettle. Nice air-conditioned. - reasonably priced Less Good: - extremely old parking garage - filthy dirty, small tight spaces, can be pricey for long hours parking - room and upper floors are very dated, old furnishing, quite basic. Not the same as the standard modern Ibis style - small, old and not-smart tv (not big issue but again it makes the room sad) Overall good for short stay but can be better for sure to suit the modern Ibis image!

En week-end prolongé à Annecy, nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 501. Très belle chambre spacieuse, décoration soignée. Les parties communes et notamment la salle des petits déjeuners sont très agréables. Personnel sympathique. L’hôtel est également très bien situé à proximité de la gare et de la vieille ville. Perfect location to unwind, swim and cycle. We booked a privilege room which gave us a small balcony to sit and look across the lake. Note that these are side on to the lake not front facing. We hired bikes from Vincent the concierge (who was amazing, polite, helpful with great advice) and cycled around the lake. The electric bikes were very helpful as it was incredibly steep in parts. We stopped at Baie de Tallories for ice cream and a lovely view. We didn’t pre boom breakfast but did have it both days, very nice but overpriced at €30 pp Quick drink in the bar but didn’t go back as staff were quite rude, very different from the rest of the staff who couldn’t have been more delightful. Great walks into town for food and drinks. Will definitely return (just not to the bar)

The hotel is a convenient walk from the train/bus station. This was our first stay at an Ibis hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was a good size with a nice balcony. There was a heat wave during our visit and the air conditioning worked very well. The darkening shades were amazing and made for a great night's sleep. Good breakfast selections. Great staff in the breakfast area as well as the front desk and housekeeping. The exterior of the hotel and surrounding area could use a refresh but the interior is nicely renovated and bright. I found some of the surrounding area dark at night and would just be mindful if walking solo. I wish the room had a mini fridge!

Très bon accueil, conseil concernant Annecy, réduction parking grâce à l'hôtel. La planche apéro du bar est excellente. Petit déjeuner copieux. Le ménage de la chambre tout les matins est parfait. La chambre est silencieuse et confortable. La salle de bain est assez spacieuse. Je recommande cet hôtel.
