We were very happy at this hotel. Our room was modern, large, comfortable beds and extremely clean. Staff were great too, very helpful. We would certainly consider staying here again. The location is great, right in centre of old town and close to lake. Only negative is that mid-summer Annecy is very busy, and the crowds seem to gather right outside the hotel! Our room was quiet, however - 4th floor and great double glazing worked perfectly.

The location is perfect near restaurant, shopping area and park.

This is an excellent hotel at the high end of 4 star. Breakfast is the best I have had in Europe. Rooms are good. Beds super comfy and a variety of pillows to suit your taste. Resaurant is top end. It has an indoor or out door choice. To sit outside with breakfast in the morning looking at the lake is beautiful. The Pool is lovely with plenty of sun beds and a great place to chill. Parking is in an underground garage and very safe. So safe most days our room key wouldn’t open it. Reception needs to sort that. Otherwise excellent stay over 6 days

Hotel Positives + Location – the hotel is on the “border” between the small commercial district and the old medieval town. Annecy is a small town anyway, but this hotel is perfectly centrally located for easy walking access to absolutely everything. The front door faces the commercial area; turn right from the entrance and you are in the pedestrian cobblestoned zone. Turn right again immediately and go up a few stone steps; you are on the north side of the hotel in a small park behind a cathedral. Straight ahead is the canal and impeccably beautiful paved and wooden bridge walkway, another cathedral, and the arched stone entryways into the old town. Annecy is an absolutely wonderful, magical, beautiful town and lake. Hotels are hard to find; this hotel is relatively affordable and it’s greatest asset is its location. + Parking – the hotel has a gated parking lot + Breakfast – small buffet; can eat on outdoor shaded balcony with pleasant park & town views. Negatives -rooms are old, worn, and in extreme need of renovation. Room Negatives -very disappointing; this suite is the “best” room in the hotel. It is old and worn; the walls and furniture have scratches, patches, and stains. The entry hallway is totally wasted space; we put a suitcase there. The suite has a bathroom, bedroom, living/dining, and small wall kitchenette. Furniture was old, worn, and mismatched. Linens are tired, worn, and old. Mattress is flat and old. Bathroom is old; fixtures are old; no counter or storage space; dim lighting. Room felt unclean and worn. Kitchenette was helpful for the extra sink and small frig. Best part of room is the balcony with a view of town.

Très bon accueil, conseil concernant Annecy, réduction parking grâce à l'hôtel. La planche apéro du bar est excellente. Petit déjeuner copieux. Le ménage de la chambre tout les matins est parfait. La chambre est silencieuse et confortable. La salle de bain est assez spacieuse. Je recommande cet hôtel.

I really enjoyed the very friendly staff and being warmly welcomed. It was so refreshing to see happy faces! The room was cleaned every morning, I loved that. The breakfast was tasty with local savoie items. The location couldn’t have been more perfect either. I was shocked to see it was right next to the train station and a couple minutes walk from town. The only thing I would change about this location was the small rooms upstairs and the limited amount of products in the room. We got the 4th floor room, which had a slanted roof. I was fine standing in it, but my husband could only stand in half the room because he was so tall. As far as the products, it would have been nice to have a couple tea bags or cups to go with the tea kettle. Maybe even shampoo or tissues too. Other than that, everything was great! I would definitely book with them again. Very happy with my stay.
