What great value right in the centre of the old town. The rooms are directly above the restaurant below, in fact you check in at the restaurant. The room was a good size with three single beds (very handy to have a spare bed to lay clothes out on) and well furnished, comfortable beds and very clean. There was a large bottle of water in the room on arrival. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and cooked eggs. The housekeeper (Yuksel Hanim ?), was first class. She also prepared breakfast for us very early before going on a trip. She always had a smile and was very helpful, truly a credit to the hotel. There was a small pool but its right in the centre of the restaurant !!! So only practical for a quick dip when the restaurant is not serving lunch or dinner..... If your travelling to the airport, it easier to walk to one of the city gates and get a taxi to the auto station, where the metro / train goes direct to the airport.

A little gem . If you want a holiday with loads of Brits and hotel entertainment, this is not the place. However, if you want a clean, well centred base without a queue for sun beds, this hotel is ideal. Mahmet (I think was his name) the main receptionist or manager was extremely helpful. Food was a bit repetitive and you had to pay €4 for cocktails but that was half the price of outside bars. Just a walk from shops, the beach and harbour, it was a good situation. Also a free bus to a further beach with facilities and free sun beds and parasols. My main concern was the shower, on a mixer tap. It was difficult to get the right temperature and sometimes the hot water came through too much, enough to scold a child or older person. Air conditioning worked but could do with modernising but TV didn’t work. Good free WiFi downstairs but not very good in rooms. If you have difficulty with stairs, it could be a problem as there was no lift. Overall, a lovely clean hotel as a base in a central location.

It was an amazing experience to stay in this boutique hotel. It is situated in Old Town which is the most happening place. Under our Hotel there was the most famous and happening Seafood restaurant Ayar which was really good. We were a family of 5 and had 2 rooms with breakfast included. Shahab and Uksel both took really good care of us preparing breakfast everyday. There are so many restaurants, bars and pubs next to this property and its only 2 mins walk from Seaview. Would highly recommend this place if you are a fun person.

 Booked 3 nights & then 1 night after a gap of 1 night. We arrived at the hotel at around 8pm . Found the hotel owner a bit passive-aggressive but definitely ignored it. However our stay was comfortable , staff was good , breakfast was nice & served us well. We asked for an iron the 1st night & returned it back the next morning. Checked out after 3 nights & left our luggage with them as we had to be back after 1 night. When we returned the owner complained that there is an iron mark about 5x2 inches on the dressing table & he would charge us for that. Our point of view was that iron was only used on 1st day & returned immediately & room was cleaned everyday after that by their staff, so why didn’t they point it out before our 1st check out . The owner threatened us to go to the police which we agreed as we had nothing to hide. He kept on threatening. He finally asked for an amount of €20/ as damage compensation, who asks a guests for this small amount & kept threatening to leave the hotel etc. Last but not the least he said that the old cleaning lady would have to pay €20/ if we didn’t pay. We paid the €20/ out of courtesy, to help the old lady as we didn’t want this amount to be deducted from her salary I am a regular traveller and Haven’t had any such experience at any other hotel in my life. I would have stayed at hundreds of hotels but never ever has anyone asked for a compensation Definitely wouldn’t stay again

Accueil chaleureux et un personnel très sympa Très bon emplacement au milieu de la vieille ville sur la rue principale et la femme de ménage juste merveilleuse les serveurs souriant et un service parfait excellent rapport qualité prix je vous le conseille vraiment Excellent séjour
