This hotel is simply exemplary. The staff are the best and most professional that I have come across, they are all so friendly and helpful. Everything is spotless and constantly cleaned, the rooms are very good too. As for the food, I only had the breakfast whilst here and that was perfect. It is so filling that you hardly need to eat much for a long while. As I've already said that all the staff are the best and most professional but the hotel manager Necmi gets a special mention as he helped us out of a very sticky situation, when a dental clinic was attempting to rip us off for excess charges, and he realised this. I would advise anyone of thinking of staying here, to just do it. You won't regret it! 10 out of 10

Staff were amazing and looked after me very well especially the reception and the cleaner/house keeper. I could leave my room one day after surgery and they made sure I ate and had enough water. Thank you for the room service and keeping an eye on me (I was supposed to here with my partner)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff was exceptionally friendly, with special thanks to receptionist Nuri, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His kindness and attention made our experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The reception area was not only beautiful but also very comfortable, providing a lovely space to relax. We particularly enjoyed the spa area, which was cozy and well-maintained. The sauna and Turkish bath were highlights, and the wide range of massage options added to the relaxation. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the sea, with many restaurants and shops nearby. It made exploring the area so convenient. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our week here and couldn’t find a single negative thing to say. The value for the price we paid was excellent, and the hotel provided everything we could have asked for. Highly recommended!

Worst hotel ever. Walls to room are paper thin and you can hear everything from rooms next door. Didnt get any sleep due to a very loud generator right outside the room. Swimming pool area is tiny with just 6 sunbeds and food is awful. Standard of cleanliness in bathrooms also poor. This is more like a hostel. Simply AWFUL.

Hotel was very clean and welcoming, all the staff were more rhan helpful, this includes Hasan, Cansu amongst others, The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner were specially catered for the ones who were having dental treatment, but saying that, there was more than enough to choose from, hot dishes to salads, This hotel has a gym, hairdressers, jacuzzi, hamam, massage, salt room The rooms were clean, tea/ coffee making facilities along with air con. The sea is a few minutes walk, a small shopping area about 10 minutes and the Old Town (Kerechi) a bus ride or a taxi ride away, Overall a lovely hotel and I would stay here again.

The pictures are deceiving the pool, more bath tub, in fairness, it’s not bad, but the wardrobe for 3 people is sooooo small, 4 hangers😂, and it’s colours are so depressing and dark, the balcony just about get a chair on it, some of the staff 😒 our bed never got changed till we asked first time we ask they said it was done NOT, I need to borrow an iron, and was told I had to send it out, but no guarantees when it came back🙈, food so so, then we found out they do have an iron, but they won’t let you have it because the flight crews need it, so they look after the flight crews every need, rooms are tightly squeezed, it wasn’t to bad for what we where their for dental work, as was most of hotel, but couldn’t wait to get out of it, it depressing, miles away from beach, and as I said bathtubs pool, not enough sun beds for the occupants, so please THINK twice if your thinking of using this hotel as family holiday. And the beach is a lot to be desired, the hotel is in a more residential area, so it’s even more depressing, but that’s just my personal opinions if it helps you decide then good😎

Lovely little hotel. My wife and I are on our last of a 7 night, all inclusive stay at the Laren Family hotel and we could not be happier with the service we have received. The food is good quality and there is always a plentiful selection accross the breakfast (0700-1030), Lunch (1230-1400), snacks (1530-1630), Dinner (1900-2100) and Late snacks (2330-0000). My wife was having dental treatment and there were plenty of soft options for her to eat.The Restaurant is very relaxed and although the hotel was full, it was never too busy, the staff will serve you drinks from the bar to your table so it does not feel like a buffet and more like a proper restaurant. The bar and pool were equally tranquil and very relaxing, the poolside bar was not operating while we were there but the staff will serve you at your lounger or table so it wasnt really a problem and the lobby bar was just inside the building. The rooms are nice with small balconies but theres still enough room to sit out in the evening with a drink. Everything was clean in the room and the maids were in every day. We marked it as 4 stars just because the bathroom was a little tired however when compared to the value for money, we could not complain. Finally the staff are amazing and work extremely hard to make your stay very pleasant, everything is being cleaned constantly, glasses, plates, cutlery swiftly taken away when you are finished, tables and chairs all arranged nicley once you leave so it looks inviting for the next occupants. Special mention to the front of house staff: Ahmet, Butahan, Onur, Hakan, Dilek, Enes, Hesuyin & an EXTRA Special mention to Mustafa (Very funny), Burhan (Beautiful cocktails) & Zelal (Happy smile every day). You all work very hard and are a credit to your families and the Laren Hotel. Thank you. Mr & Mrs Reddick. Nearby activities: There are other bars and restaurants dotted around a short walk away. The see front is beautiful cliffs and theres a lovely safe path along its top with gardens and benches. The Beautiful old town is just 10 mins in a taxi which will cost around 400Lira (£5) one way, we recommend going in the evening. Tip: If you are not sure, just ask!

I travelled with my partner here while they had dental work. The hotel was very clean and the staff were brilliant and pure gentlemen - always going out their way to help! The hotel is close to a lovely coastal walk - recommend walking down the steps to swim in the ocean. Food is good as well bit disappointed that cocktails and Prosecco were not included in all inclusive.

This hotel is absoulte distcusting they have no respect atall I have found my room to have a bed bug infestation with blood marks all over my bed as I though this was strange I look around the room to find bed bugs all over my friend checked his room they are all over aswell I have bite marks all over myself from bed bugs when I told the manager he laughed and said it’s ok just changed the sheets when they are everywhere in the room really unhappy would never advise anyone to stay here if your having treatment

This hotel ok, that’s the best I can say. Stayed here as a result of attending Antalya for dental work and this hotel was part of the package. It was described as all inclusive, but this was not the case, many things were chargeable and the food was very mediocre at best. If I hadn’t have been put here as part of the dental package, I wouldn’t choose this hotel. This was my first time in Turkey and the smoking here is off the chart, I think every person smoked at the hotel, I am a none smoker and it was unbearable on many occasions. The best thing about the hotel by a long way was a friendly little black and white cat that played around the pool area, she was great and a huge asset to the hotel, this is why I gave 3 stars and not two.

I have stayed in many hotels so far. But I have never stayed in a 3 star hotel. I have never witnessed such nice behavior from the staff. It was very surprising to receive this service for this much money. To everyone Thank you very much................

Me and my mum come for a week ... very friendly place everyone goes the extra mile to make u feel welcome .... very small so intimate place ... Happy with are stay ... rooms very clean staff lovly .... no complaints x..........................m

Hotel is beautiful it is immaculate and is cleaned regularly. The rooms are modern and are cleaned daily. Staff have been friendly with my friends baby and made lots of efforts with her. There is a short walk to the beach front with lovely views and lots of coffee places and restaurants.
