Great overall! Quiet, clean, and peaceful. They also offer massage and laundry service. The best part is the attention every front desk employee offered us. They organized taxis for us for our early flights. Highly recommend staying here if you want to relax and enjoy.

Be careful when booking in this hotel. They oversold their rooms and dropped my reservation without notice, the day I arrived with my family, we had no place to stay, even though I made the reservation a month in advance, they even confirmed I had my reservation in place two weeks before. They are informal and unprofessional. I suggest looking for other options.

Hotel Cacique Real was great! The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was surprisingly big. We stayed here for our honeymoon, and they left us a very sweet note and a bouquet of flowers (they might leave flowers for everyone - I'm not sure!). The TV in the room was a good size and came with some streaming services, so that was nice when we wanted to just relax. It was also great to have WiFi in our room and fresh drinking water each day (I appreciate that they provide filtered water instead of using plastic water bottles!). The location is a little bit outside of the "downtown" area; it was probably about a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the center. While the hotel doesn't have much foot traffic noise since it's outside of the action, it does still get a decent amount of car traffic noise if your room has a window on the front of the building (we had to shut our window to hear the movie we were trying to watch). Nothing that was so loud as to interrupt our sleep (with the window closed), but just something to note.

What a beautiful place, loved the sitting areas around the garden. Our. Room was clean and spacious. They are very accommodating and help you with directions. Definitely will stay again. They have a sister hotel with a restaurant, the tacos are amazing

Muy acojedor y limpio, una excelente combinación entre lo típico y acojedor. La amable atención tanto de las personas en recepción, como las del comedor hacen que la familia se sienta en casa. Un hotel altamente recomendable para las personas que quieren vivir la experiencia a plenitud en Antigua Guatemala.

Buena atención en el lugar, seguro para quedarse cerca del pueblo. No está tan céntrico pero si accesible para ir caminando o en Uber al pueblo. Tiene una terraza con bonita vista. El desayuno es lo mejor si quieren probar algo propio de Guatemala.

Excelente ubicacion para conocer la ciudad de antigua Guatemala, con una hermosa vista para los volcanes que lo rodean, con parqueo, instalación cómodas y accesibles, y con un ambiente relajante y acogedor exelente para visitar en pareja o familia

El lugar fue muy limpio, todo está muy bonito, las habitaciones son demasiado amplias y bonitas, un lugar ideal para relajarte y descansar en familia, la comida estuvo muy buena y nos gustó a todos, sin duda alguna regresaríamos en una próxima vez

Excelente atención, las habitaciones muy confortables y el personal fue muy amable con nosotros e hicieron de nuestra estadía un momento increíble y relajante en el cual pudimos disfrutar de todas las amenidades del lugar, el clima fue muy bueno
