We booked 4 rooms for our family tour and we had a great stay at Sapphire House. The rooms were cosy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing with on-demand hot dish menu prepared for you! Front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a van for our group to commute to the station. The team was well diverse with Chinese speaking front desk staff as well. Highly recommend this hotel!

I was a bit sceptic going to the holiday Inn, as I normally don't like big chain hotels. However this holiday inn pleasantly surprised me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than expected, superclean and we had a wonderful view on the MAS, which was a definitely a plus. Bed were very good too. No fridge in the room, but possibility to get ice cubes in the lobbyBreakfast was a bit basic, but with the COVID restrictions and also considering the price we paid, it was more then acceptable. Parking was also easy (note I didn't find the elevator to go up, but since we only had a trolley, the stairs were ok). And I absolutely loved the location: about 15min from Groenplaats, 5 min from ”'t Eilandje” and 20min walk from sportpaleis, where we went to an exposition. Going to the sportpaleis was also a nice walk as it went through Parkspoor Noord. Next time I have to go to the sportpaleis or Lotto Arena, I will definitely consider staying there again. Bottom line, for the price we paid, this hotel was excellent. One more tip: I booked directly at the hotel and that was cheaper than through other booking websites

Het personeel was vriendelijk en duidelijk. Het was een mooie kamer. Niet heel luxe, maar dat hoefde ook niet. Het bed was wel heel erg hard. Dat was wel erg tegenvallend, maar dat was ook het enige minpuntje.

We are two women in our late 60's and early 70's, we were checked in after 3. We took the elevator then had to go up 6 or 7 stairs lugging our luggage. We get in our room and it was the size of a closet. I called front desk, I was ready to move hotels. We were moved to bigger room, didn't realize the smell wasn't from room not being used, it smelled like sewer gas. The staff came and smelled the room the next day and said they would give us a new room. This one was acceptable. It looked out at train station and ferris wheel. I asked the evening desk clerk a question about catching a train next day. He was very helpful and told me to stop with my info in morning so he could look at it. When I went down this morning, I was met by a young lady with dark hair and a man, Oliver, I told him I was told to stop by desk. He told me, the train station is over there, go ask them. I found most staff friendly, but Oliver rude. Also, the fact that we had to move rooms 3 times. I don't know that I would stay again.

Good location, near the central train station and close to restaurants and pubs. Breakfast was decent. The room was ok. The airconditioning didn’t work and it was pretty humid and warm at night. I reserved a room for myself and a friend one month in advance for an event in Antwerp Sportpaleis. When we arrived at the hotel, we discovered it was not twin separate beds. The receptionist was rude and wasn’t helpful to change the room to separate twin beds. He made us wait until 1:30 AM in the morning to change into a twin bed room instead of one queen size bed. Please be more flexible and customer first minded.

Friendly counter and allowed to go to my twin room 4 hours early. Very clean hotel with towels and water supplied. No kettle but I think this must Bea Belgian thing. The station is opposite but it is 20 min walk to the old town. Fine for me but some may want to be nearer. The walk there is the main shopping street. Overall I think it was great value. As a note to other guests, and I always write this, please be more considerate when talking in the corridors especially before 8am. Whisper, your voice echoes and sound meds like you’re shouting. And don’t allow to doors to slam shut!!

We visited Antwerp and Brussels over the weekend and decided to stay a night at Park Inn hotel and the experience was amazing, rooms & shower were so clean, wonderful service at the reception great beds but the unfortunate thing was the room was a little too hot to sleep. But overall it was a place I would visit again

If it wasn't for the fact my room seemed unkempt, this hotel would have been perfect. The bathroom seem to have issues with the plumbing, and the bed sheets were stained. 🤮 I hope it was an isolated case, regardless, unacceptable! Everything else was fantastic, the hotel personal was professional, friendly, and polite. The breakfast was amazing, very good quality buffet (not included). The location was amazing, only 100 meters from the train station (a straight shot to Brussels airport), about a 10 minute walk to Old Town. Shops and good restaurants can be found in the immediate surroundings.

2 rooms connected with a door was a great way to have a group of people of 5 together at all times! Both kitchens had everything you ever needed to make yourself a perfect meal. Oven/Micro, fridge, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker. Fully loaded with tools and dishes! The beds were terrific! Fluffy and smooth. The bathrooms were great, the showers had an overhead faucet and a handheld one. The pressure was perfect. The receptionists were well prepared and very pleasant, and we got all the info for a perfect stay. Only downside with having two rooms was that we couldn't figure out how to make the door between the two rooms open. So we used some clever engineering to solve this issue. We never asked about this issue, because we fixed it with a doorstopper of our own. The price for 3 night stay was very well perfect! Will definitely come back again.

Prettig verblijf gehad in het hotel. Het was schoon en netjes. Geen gebruik gemaakt van ontbijtservice. Als enig punt van kritiek was dat het gebruik van het parkeerterrein niet vooraf door de reisorganisatie was kenbaar gemaakt dat het Euro 19 per dag bedroeg. Uiteindelijk de helft betaald. Tevens was er op de kamer geen informatiebulletin over de voorzieningen in het hotel. (kluis/ontbijt/telefoon/verlichting/afstandsbediening tv/schoonmaak)

The hotel in conveniently located just across from the train station and although the rooms are small, they are nicely decorated. I would give this hotel 5 out of 5, BUT I had to pay to store my luggage and honestly it was the first time I was charged for this. I don’t recommend staying here if you are traveling with a lot of luggage. My room also wasn’t cleaned once during my stay, but that’s ok.

Came for 2 days, stayed the whole week. Centrally located, just short walk from Antwerp's central station. Rooms are a bit outdated but still cozy. During the cold winter it could be a bit cold in rooms due to not so good heat isolation, but I stayed here in pretty warm spring and no problem. Everything is clean, staff nice and helpful. A place to stay again when I am back in Antwerp. ❤️

This is a really a nice four star’s standard hotel with good breakfast and excellent service from the check in front desk, just 2 minutes walking distance from Antwerp central station. This area is easier for any tourist visiting the city centre of Antwerp and even the China town is nearby. If you have to travel from there to France or Netherlands or Germany, there are a good railway connection every 1-2 hours. Really suitable for backpackers or some relaxing plan holidays
