我很想給好評的，凌晨1點多小孩發燒一直説冷讓客服再送多被子，客服説沒有再多送的了，之前有客人説再加錢也不可以，怕客人打地鋪。我跟他説，如果發現我打地鋪罰1千1萬都可以，但是我小孩有這種情況，你不送，我肯定文旅局投訴到底，這是最基本的人文關懷。我想説遇到客人有這種情況，酒店其實要能提供的常規葯服務，或是最少給予一點人文關懷問下也好，大半夜的還要找客服吵架，我跟他説不信你可以上來看，他還真的是送被子的時候探頭來看一下我們是不是打地鋪。最後凌晨三四點，我們還是把小孩送回家吃葯了。 早餐的東西真的不多，時間沒到就開始收東西了，客服人員也很敷衍，早餐平時到10:00，節假日到10:30。時間不到也沒有什麼東西了，提醒客服，他説好的，然後就沒了。房間門口的主題也很奇怪，我們這個叫服務，對面的那個叫經營。挺無語的。
