Hotel is located in the middle of an attraction and therefore accessibility’s limited. It’s not near any subway station nor the main room, so you need to call the hotel to pick you up when you’re checking in with luggages. Location is good though, it is near all the main attractions and we basically walked to all the attractions (20k stepso a day though). Room is a little small and heater is not consistent. The view that greets us every morning when we are going out is lovely though, since the hotel is located inside a lovely lake. Breakfast is nothing much to shout about.

From the very first moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed. Even though there was a payment issue and the front desk staff couldn’t speak English, they tried their best to help and resolved everything with genuine care. The interior design was charming—like walking through a piano or music museum, full of details worth admiring. And the location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the beach, and only 3–5 minutes to the main street leading to Old Town. It’s truly a hotel that leaves you with lasting impressions. If I ever return to this city, I would choose to stay here again without hesitation—and I hope everyone gets the chance to experience it too.

Very good location, walking distance to nearby attractions. Quite a number of halal food stalls & restaurants just near to the hotel. The room comes with breakfast for two. But, the pretty reception is kind enough to give free breakfast to my big kids. 😊

古鎮的客棧統一管理非常到位，訂的房間沒有鄰水，房東幫忙升級的房間，有一個小陽台可以直觀小橋流水和湖面泛舟。三月份春風拂面，在小鎮子裏遛彎、看古泉，逛逛小店非常愜意。晚上還有表演住店的客人享受VIP席位～

位置：酒店位置相當好，就在大明湖畔，露台坐着就可以看到超然樓，房間在二層，無論白天還是晚上都有極佳視野。 停車：酒店有自己的停車場，提前可以報車號，到酒店就可以直接進。 設施：對酒店設施還是比較滿意的，房間夠大，有個喝茶的羅漢床。大床也很舒服，是為數不多我覺得睡着很舒服的酒店床，床墊柔軟又有支撐，枕頭高度也合適。 乾濕分離，智能馬桶。 自己沒帶洗澡穿的拖鞋，浴室腳墊沒找到，浴室裏的地面硌腳，一定帶洗澡的拖鞋哦。 有個圓浴缸，酒店準備了一次性浴缸套，很貼心，但是一直在外邊逛，沒有嘗試。，應該是平時沒人用，下水道乾的，所以浴缸下水道有反味兒，而且浴缸就在床旁邊，希望酒店想辦法解決一下。哪怕加個硅膠密封蓋也是好的。這也是唯一對酒店不滿意的地方。 落地窗和露台門的玻璃從裏往外看非常清晰，從外往裡反光明顯，可以當鏡子，保護客人私隱，非常滿意。 衞生：打掃的很乾凈，落地窗擦的非常乾淨，從屋裡往外開視野乾淨，毫無遮擋感，必須表揚。露台畢竟是露天的，難免會有小蟲子，親子住客孩子會害怕，建議酒店讓人定期清理一下露台欄桿角落的蛛網會更凸顯細節。 環境：晚上露台下會有打太極的，跳舞的，不過不會太晚，十點多景區大部分燈就都關了，窗簾也是遮光簾，所以十點之後還是比較安靜的。早上也有太極拳小分隊，音樂相對舒緩，沒感覺吵鬧。但是進出房間的樓門口有很多大爺拉二胡、唱戲，不過我個人並不反感，倒是覺得有煙火氣，就是進出大門的時候有點吵。 下樓就是大明湖畔，跳舞，打拳，唱歌，打球的人很多，還有寫字的大爺和去大爺水桶喝水的大白貓。 服務：入住前的電話溝通，主動發送酒店位置和告知具體導航地址，停車位提前錄入，入住時候小姑娘主動幫忙搬行李，入住後房間介紹很細緻，贈送了早餐，房間需求響應非常快。重點表揚服務人員，因為意外劃破手，詢問是否有碘伏，本來還覺得送的太慢，溝通後才知道當時酒店沒有碘伏了，服務人員直接去外面幫忙購買並儘快送到。非常感謝。退房時候送了伴手禮，一些當地小吃和一個漂亮的大明湖冰箱貼，非常喜歡。 餐飲：早餐屬於普通自助早餐，吃飽沒問題，味道都還可以，其它正餐都在外邊吃的，沒有嘗試酒店餐廳。從外邊帶了漂亮的點心回來在露台泡茶，吃點心，賞風景，微風習習，無比愜意。 總體來説酒店環境非常好，位置非常好，服務非常好。想辦法解決一下浴缸下水道反味兒的事情就可以全五星好評了。下次應該還會選擇這家，真的印象非常好。

We chose this hotel mainly because of the lovely photos online. We thought that although Tai’an itself may not have much to do, we could at least spend a relaxing afternoon enjoying the room and the courtyard before our hike. However, the actual experience was quite different from what we expected. In reality, the courtyard felt rather unkempt and not as inviting as shown in the photos. The hotel also seemed unusually empty—we hardly saw any other guests, and no staff around during our stay, which made the atmosphere feel somewhat quiet and unattended. We had hoped to spend some time relaxing outdoors, but that wasn’t really possible. The wind was strong, and with the harsh sunlight, sitting outside comfortably was difficult. Dust and sand were also blowing around the courtyard. The most uncomfortable part of the stay was that the hotel’s central air-conditioning system broke down while we were there and was only fixed around midnight. Because of the dust and the emptiness outside, we were reluctant to keep the door open for ventilation. As a result, we had to go to sleep in a stuffy and rather warm room for hours while waiting for the air-conditioning to come back on. Overall, the stay was manageable for one night, but it did feel disappointing given how appealing the property looked in the photos. We had chosen this hotel hoping for a comfortable and relaxing stop before our Taishan climb, but unfortunately the actual experience didn’t quite match that expectation.

房間很乾凈！每天也都有保潔阿姨來收垃圾打掃 前台服務也很好有問題都馬上解決了 這次和朋友住了五晚 這個複式特別的舒適呀！就是感覺房間淋雨的地漏有點堵了（？）洗澡水不會馬上下去 別的體驗都很好 我們住的是三號庭院 進去的時候感覺特別的好看 而且還香香的 邊上就是東夷小鎮好多吃的 總體感覺還是不錯的！

明水古城裡的客棧都是是統一管理的，在遊客服務中心就可以辦入住和託運行李，特別方便，所以訂客棧時衹需要考慮位置偏好和房間風格。辦入住後前台會給匹配一位管家，也是景區設定的專人專崗，負責我們的小蘇特別認真負責，時間把握也是恰到好處。景區內的遊覽車統一調度、餐飲統一經營，所以能做到乾淨衞生又有當地特色（不過都是鄉土小吃和家常菜，有淮揚菜和魯菜），定價都很合理。泉多且好看，如果不對在“趵突泉”“大明湖”牌子下照相打卡有執念，我們感覺明水古城比濟南市區要好很多。

客棧地理位置是在古城裡麪南側的，往南偏東走三分鐘就是古城標誌性項目打鐵花表演場地所在的關帝廟外廣場、客棧東門對面就是台兒莊大戰遺址公園的西門。——客棧本身就是住宿兼餐館的，住在二樓，設施古香古色地，用品一應俱全，住起來很舒適。窗子外邊是沿河步道。——下樓就是餐廳，口味沒得説！推薦菜品運河魚、棗莊辣子雞、還有一種驢牛雞肉三拼一（菜名忘了）。——前台經理在整個住宿和就餐過程中一直很貼心對應，服務態度超好。————總之很滿意。好評！

這次來明水古城旅遊，有兩個想不到，一個是想不到這個嶄新的古城修的這麼好，幾乎是一步一景，典雅，古樸，精緻。管理上也是公司化管理，非常到位。再一個想不到是，我們住的清照古城醒木客棧更是服務的特別好。老闆人和氣，真誠。床品特別乾淨，熨燙的闆闆正正。房間古色古香，但是現代化設施完善 ，衞生間整潔乾淨。設施完善。老闆娘做了早餐給送到樓上，讓人特別感動。最後得出的結論是，這是我看過的古鎮式景區最好的一個，風景好，人好，玩的好。以後有機會還來。
