酒店設施齊全衞生好，給升級了套房。酒店周邊環境及地理位置優越，距周邊商超近吃飯方便，工作人員服務熱情。離海上圖書館不遠

Memandangkan cuaca baik, tingkat 8 sangat berangin dan terang, jadi cucian boleh dikeringkan dengan lebih cepat. Apabila matahari bersinar, seluruh rumah mendapat cahaya matahari, yang sangat selesa. Bilik triple mempunyai deria ruang yang besar. Pemandangan di luar tingkap sangat bagus dan pemandangannya luas. Tingkat bawah sangat dekat dengan kedai teh Cina dan Barat yang paling popular, jadi makan sangat mudah. Kekurangannya ialah tiada port pengecasan berhampiran katil di tepi tingkap; ekzos bilik mandi terlalu lemah.

Nice view of the sea from a great balcony. The beach nearby is dirty and it's not really worth spending a lot of time. The gardens are a little small to walk in. Breakfast and service from staff are both good. More like a four star hotel. They helped with luggage which was really nice. The lobby was nice to sit in.

這邊的經理跟服務員人都很好，我個人需求加了點前給我升級了家庭房，還有小孩子的玩具，住宿環境真的沒得説價格實惠，還可以看見河流，海南的空氣真心不錯，就是這兩天天氣不好不然可以排出更好看的照片了，個人比較喜歡家庭中式風格，這個環境讓我睡了個美美的覺，房間沒有一點點異味，這個天氣也不用開空調自然風吹進來很舒服，很少評論，也祝酒店生意興隆；對了，感謝經理介紹的老爸茶，很好吃，還有附近的公園，高隆灣也挺近的，玩了一圈；

Aijing International Hotel in Wenchang 2024/02/06-08 Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”... But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen... First room: The fridge was not cold. Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰 The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger. Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity. In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it... For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes. Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk... The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice... So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me... The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊 Swimming pool was empty. Good comfortable beds. Down duvets. Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through... From the premises you go directly onto the beach! Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea... If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️ Thete are charging facilities for electric cars... @

一進房間視覺不錯，白蠟木地板，白色的牆面，無異味。房間乾淨舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，還有一個大飄窗，上面有鋪墊，可閑坐可放東西，晚上睡覺也不吵。門口有免費停車的地方，附近吃飯也方便。另外，酒店服務員很熱情，讓人住的很舒心。

首先呢我是本地人，，我覺得吧在這個價位的房間已經算是非常棒的了。可能有一些4星5星的都比不上這家酒店。首先呢。房間的衞生非常乾淨，第二，衞生間也非常高級❤️，其次呢，我要的房間是帶露台的，可以在外面吃東西坐坐聊天，最重要的是，露台還可以亮衣服，yyds🤙👀。適合出差，各種旅遊。

Even though my husband and I are far away from home, the housekeeper Anni has provided us the hospitality by recommending us places of interests and a place where we could have a good meal. She even helped us book the high speed rail tickets together with her colleague Mindy and reminded me gently to check out on time to catch the train. Kudos to Anni and Mindy!

住了三天了，前兩天有優惠在前台下的單，最後一天在平台上下的。入住體驗很不錯的店，前台小姐姐服務很好很温柔，退房的時候還問了我住得怎麼樣，挺有人情味的一家店。硬件設施很不錯，位置在文昌來説也很好，房間安靜，空間也夠大，值得推薦。
