We had a room with seaview . The stay was amazing, the staff was very friendly and you also could see the smile behind the masks. The room was equipped modern and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a lot the stay and can recommend the hotel 😁

Here is my review for the Melpo Antia Hotel & Suites Ayia Napa Cyprus. Please take into account that we did come at the very end of the season so bear this in mind when reading my review. Cleanliness Absolutely faultless. Maids cleaned the room every day and left clean towels. Made the beds apart from Sunday which could be a limited service. Food The food is very good for an all inclusive hotel. When you book all inclusive you have to take into account the mass production of food and that it is not always piping hot. Lunch was usually the previous nights dinner but again, it was end of season and the hotel was not very busy so this was no surprise. The snack bar was not that great. Usually some salad, nuggets and chips. Again as there were not many guests at the hotel I can understand why there was not much choice and in the height of season this could be much better. Entertainment. Valentino the entertainment guy was superb. A lovely friendly guy, talked to all the guests and provided some excellent quizzes on an evening. He is an asset to this hotel. Kids I would not say this hotel was particularly great for children. There is not much for them to do and the children’s pool is tiny and would liken it to a large paddling pool. Also there was no kids club available but again please remember we came at the very end of the season and this could be why. Staff The staff were all lovely. There was table service at mealtimes for your drinks and plates and tables were cleared very quickly. To name a few, Vicktoria, Florentina, Lazoras,Pannikkos and Jordan were all lovely friendly staff. There were more but I didn’t get all their names. Location. The hotel is right in the centre of Ayia Napa so has everything on its doorstep. The harbour is about a 7 minute walk and the beach around the same. There are a large selection of shops within minutes of the hotel. The nightclubs again are about 5 minutes away but did not disturb us within the hotel. Height of season however could be different. All in all, a very lovely hotel. Clean, tidy and nice food. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and groups without young children. However within our party of 10, we had a 5 and a 6 year old and there is plenty to do for them within a short distance of the hotel.

We recently stayed at this beautiful property! WOW! The rooms are perfect and the staff are all so friendly and kind, the food is delicious and we had a wonderful peaceful holiday in a stunning location! The view from our rooms was stunning - directly overlooking the crystal clear blue sea, like a scene from a movie! It was just so beautiful! Absolute heaven! The rooms are lovely, think marble side tables and dressing tables, beautiful walk in shower room of the best quality and crisp clean white linen, highest quality beds that were huge - seriously huge, Mahoosive! Complete with electric blinds to black out the room if required, great air con, a mini bar and high quality soaps and shower gels, room service - everything you could need and more - even the turn down service was perfectly performed every evening with little chocolates left for that late night sneaky treat! The service staff and cleaners were lovely, they really do care and absolutely every member of this little bit of paradise wants you to have the best possible holiday that you can! our rooms were spotlessly cleaned every single day! The hotel is based directly by the beach with shops bars and restaurants around not that you will need them - the onsite restaurants are full of the very best quality food prepared by high quality chefs, nothing is too much trouble! Breakfast is an absolute feast, you can pretty much have what you want fresh fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cooked full English, breads, pastries cereals an egg chef, literally whatever you can think of - they have it! There are buffet nights, a stunning fish restaurant by the beach, an a la carte option , a grill for lovely Souvlaki and kebabs, Salads or burgers etc - so much choice, The restaurants in this hotel will not disappoint they are lovely and the food quality is excellent, the staff are just so incredibly friendly and kind! The Fishermans hut is superb, i'm not keen on fish but the rest of the family are - no problem they just got me what I preferred - nothing was too much trouble! There are Greek nights and Cypriot nights with wonderful singers and entertainment. We were on full board but the prices were extremely reasonable - I would recommend very highly at least going on half board or you will miss out! The food is Lush! The onsite shop is extremely reasonably priced, lots of trinkets and gifts/clothing to browse and indulge in! We did not try the spa but others told us it was excellent! The location is directly, and I do mean directly, on the beach! You step off of your Sunbed onto a powder sand beach and walk a few short steps to the calmest, warmest sea ever - this hotel is based in one of the most beautiful locations on earth! We have been to Cyprus many times before but this really is something else - the Grecian bay is on another level all together! A fabulous central hotel. Perfect family holiday, you won’t be short of restaurants, bars, beaches and day trips when staying here. When you first arrive at the beach do not be put off by the waters edge being pebbly and rocky (it’s only like this next to the harbour). Walk five mins along the beach and it soon opens up in to a lovely wide beach with soft sand. To the right of the hotel you have the harbour with its lovely restaurants, bars and beach and to the left you are at the start of the main ***** up to the square (again lined with lovely restaurants and bars). The pool here is lovely, plenty of sun-beds and never had a problem getting four. We even came back from a boat trip one afternoon around 2:00pm and was still able to get beds. There’s a lively end of the pool with louder music and a quieter end where they often put on a violinist and saxophonist (both of these musicians were brilliant). Hotel was kept spotlessly clean, breakfast was good and varied, bar staff were lovely (special mention to Ahmed - he really couldn’t do enough for you, such a lovely person). The managers would walk around the pool everyday making sure each and every guest was happy - special mention to Natalie who was always very helpful, especially when my mum arrived a few days later. Natalie made sure she was well looked after and even arranged for a beautiful large fruit platter to be placed in her room. This really was a lovely hotel (which catered for families, singles and couples) in a great location with fabulous staff. We have fond memories of our stay.

The hotel is new, modern and spotless clean. What is lacking is the client service during the stay. There seems to be the rule: the hotel management is king, not the customer. 1st “incident”: booked “Deluxe Sea View Room” (see picture). The sea I only saw when standing on the balcony looking sharp left around the corner of the privacy fence. First statement of Reception: this is sea view. Discussed further 15 min, received sea view room. 2nd: We (3 colleagues with 3 rooms) invited 2 colleagues who stayed in another hotel to our pool area. They were sitting on our sunbeds. Maybe for 15 min we used a fourth sunbed. Pool bar staff immediately came and stated rudely “visitors are not allowed here, you have to leave now”! Discussion with guest relation manager kind of fruitless. She only admit that the personnel should have approached us nicer.

There’s absolutely nothing more I can say about this hotel other than excellent! It was my husband’s 60th birthday and nothing was too much trouble for them. Andreas you were fantastic organising everything for me, making sure my husband had an experience he will never forget. Balloons, in the room and around the private cabana by the rooftop pool, a cake, fantastic room and he even made sure there was my favourite wine ready for us, chilled to perfection. Alexandra the restaurant manager at the Courtyard, was so attentive and very generous, making us his special desert at our table, followed by a lovely liqueur at no cost, a birthday wish from him, yes and again another bottle of our favourite wine waiting for us. (The wine was not on the menu but they made the effort to ensure it was available to us). The staff are all amazing too, Ali the waiter at breakfast and the lovely lady who cooked fresh eggs for us. The lovely handsome Greek waiter at the Courtyard Restaurant and the DJ was outstanding!! A big big thank you again Andreas I am so grateful to you and your staffxxx Jayne & Mark

This is now our second visit to the Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel and once again these guys have delivered well above and beyond,it’s actually impossible to express how AMAZING they really are ! 4 stars isn’t enough to rate this hotel and ALL their staff , they totally deserve 10 stars !!110% ! You can guarantee that it’s the staff and management (Angelos and Mr Tasas) will make your stay here like a dream! We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by all the staff from last year with hugs,smiles and such welcoming energy! Nazan,Eleni,Andre,Mehmet,Gorge, Merella,Stefania are absolute diamonds ,their service and contribution to making your stay here is beyond impeccable! All of them are superstars and so lovely , not a bad word can be said !you can see that they all take pride and are happy to be here apart of a beautiful team! Always full of smiles and laughter ! They’re all a credit to the hotel ! We have built amazing friendships with them all and that’s what you want when you go on holiday ! When we arrived at our room they had done a complimentary fruit platter, there was also a bottle of wine and a with compliments card because we were returning customers ! Again above and beyond service ! This isn’t just a hotel , you can see how well delivered everything is. Every single person that holds this hotel together goes above and beyond , the service they deliver is the highest of highest Standards and we’ve never ever experienced such an all round perfect hotel ! The cleanliness of the hotel is also impeccable! It’s that clean you could literally eat your dinner off the floor , it’s constantly being cleaned and maintained not just through the day but also through the night too! Again I will state the “waiting staff” , I hate calling them that , because they don’t just wait on you , nothing is a problem and they fall head over heels for any of your needs and always make you feel completely welcome and they all are always happy and polite ! These guys work so hard ! I’ve never ever known any “waiters ” to work as hard and dedicated as they do ! The chef and cooks are absolutely amazing and the food is beyond fabulous ! Cooked to perfection and the presentation is well above any hotel I have visited , and I didn’t think it was possible but everything has improved even more, especially presentation and taste since last year ! The food is always hot and plenty of it , as it’s always topped up as soon as they see it’s running low . This hotel screams out that it’s run by amazing managers , who are always around and onboard to help with anything you need ! You can tell that everyone that works at this hotel is part of a massive work family and this is shown as they all make a big deal of celebrating each and everyones birthday with a group picture and special cake ! The hotel is rated as 5 star but realistically is a strong 4 star. The hotel grounds and building cannot be faulted but the hotel lacks the service you expect from a 5 star. There may be an argument that we stayed in February which is out of season but for a 5 star hotel I would expect 5 star service. We stayed in a superior room with lateral sea view. The room had twin beds which was disappointing but they were comfortable. The bedding was secured at the bottom with velcro which did made for some slight discomfort during the night when the bedding became undone and the velcro patches rubbed against your skin. The room was cleaned every day but not to a good quality. We wasn’t given clean towels every day and the floor wasn’t swept or hoovered, only mopped so after a few days hair and dust was stuck to the wet floor. The bed was made every day but not to the standard it was upon arrival. Something so trivial really enhances an experience. The food greatly lets the hotel down. We stayed with an all inclusive package but ate out one night due to the lack of choice and variety. Breakfast every day was good with plenty of selection but we found lunch and dinner was often the same food served up during both meals. The food lacked flavour and taste and was too salty a lot of the time. There are limited options for vegetarians too. Another problem we found during lunch and dinner was that the staff seat you and bring you drinks, only during breakfast can you get your own drinks. This level of service is nice however we found it almost impossible to be able to get a second drink during lunch and dinner as staff were not available to order drinks with. The service felt half hearted as the hotel wants to enhance the guests experience yet you are limited to how many drinks you can have. One thing that does deserve mentioning is the soft drinks available are all branded which was great. Pepsi, Fanta and 7-Up were available at the bars and restaurant. The cocktails were also good and tasted fantastic. Checkout is at 11am and access to the all inclusive package ends then which was a shock for a 5 star hotel. Upon checkout on our last day we were told that we no longer had access to the all inclusive package and our wrist bands were removed. You are given a voucher to be able to have lunch depending on your pick up time but any drinks have to be purchased which we were shocked by and put a negative downside to the end of our holiday. We had an evening flight home and had half a day at the hotel waiting for our pick up with no drinks. Overall we had a pleasant holiday and the hotel cannot be faulted for the design and facilities. It is the service and quality that lets the hotel down and you can see the difference between this hotel and other 5 star hotels.

Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel ligt net buiten het toeristische Ayia Napa, 20 min lopen en 10 minuten van Nissi beach. Voor een gezin met jonge kinderen: top. Er is voldoende (gratis) Parkeer gelegenheid. Wij hadden een gerenoveerde kamer, family room, met stapelbed voor de kinderen. Een mooie kamer met goede bedden en faciliteiten. Stapelbed is ook voldoende lang (ik denk 2meter). Pavlo Napa heeft 2 gebouwen. Het hoofdgebouw, waar ook het ontbijt/diner en het zwembad bevindt en een losstaand gebouw wat achter een ander hotel staat. wij zaten in het losstaande gebouw, minder uitzicht, maar is zeker niet vervelend (nog geen 1 min lopen). Zwembad en ligbedden: top. Rustig zwembad, Ligbedden met dikke kussens. goed onderhouden. Bij het zwembad is ook de speelplaats en het kinderbadje (50cm diep). Vanuit het zwembad loop je zo naar het strand. De ligbedden op het strand zijn van de gemeente en kosten 2,5EUR. Het hotel heeft een lunch restaurant aan het zwembad/strand. goed eten en niet al te duur (vanuit het hotel met 10% korting), maar er zijn ook andere opties in de buurt. voordeel vonden wij ook dat de restaurants in de buurt een speelplaats hebben voor kinderen. leuk voor de kinderen en fijn voor de ouders. ook hier zijn de prijzen voor het eten niet al te hoog: gemiddeld 12-17 euro voor een gerecht. Al met al een hele fijne tijd gehad..
