Nice place - Excellent location, clean/comfortable rooms, and a good shower. However, the checkout experience was very poor. We returned the keys in the morning and left our bags there for the day as we were flying home late, which was no problem. Later in the evening when at the airport I got an email from the manager claiming we did not return the keys to them and that they would need to change the locks on the room door/front door and get multiple copies of the keys made which would cost 200 EUR. I wrote back immediately explaining that we did return the keys to the lady who was there at checkout. I then checked my bank to discover they had already pre-charged the 200 EUR out of my account!! The next day the manager emailed me apologising and said that they had found the keys in the end. When I replied he said the payment had already been cancelled and to contact my bank. The problem is at the time of writing that 200 EUR is still ‘pending’ in my back and cannot be accessed 4 days later. This was their mistake, and they should be a lot more diligent in these kinds of situations before charging people such a large sum of money. This has left a bad taste one what was otherwise an enjoyable stay, and a stressful end to our visit to Venice.

房間暖氣很足，佈置也挺温馨，房間因為需要爬一層樓梯，有服務生幫忙抬行李倒還好。訂的無早餐，但結賬的時候又給免掉了。所以四星好評🤙🏻🤙🏻

Mancavo da qualche anno, ma ho ritrovato stessa atmosfera, gentilezza, pulizia e cortesia. Villa di charme, con spazi esterni per rilassarsi leggere un libro o per un bagno in piscina (apprezzabile il costo di 5 euro non incluso nella tariffa della camera da pagare solo se vi si ha accesso). Camere, parcheggio, sala colazione rispecchiano le foto. Ottimo rapporto/qualità prezzo. Con apertura SPV, 5 minuti dall'uscita. Da tenere in considerazione se vi viaggia per lavoro ma anche x un weekend. Più che consigliatissimo. Daniela
