Lokasi yang baik, kebersihan dan harga. Bilik air sudah usang. Beberapa bilik superior dilengkapi dengan balkoni dan beberapa tanpa balkoni, jadi ia bergantung pada keputusan penyambut tetamu yang memilih bilik tanpa balkoni untuk saya. Mereka akan selalu mengatakan hotel ini telah ditempah sepenuhnya.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Aqaba Ayla for 3 nights. The room was great better, the best I have stayed in at Aqaba. The breakfast was good and generous. The choice of restaurants was very good - the prices in the Italian restaurant surprisingly affordable! The staff were wonderful, as to be expected. I would not hesitate to come back.

We had a fantastic stay. Originally booked a different hotel but the staff was so awful that we decided to look for a different place. This resort turned out to be within our budget that night. From the minute we stepped in we were in love. The valet service, the check in, restaurant staff, even the sindbad staff (water excursions) were absolutely top notch. Hudson is the kindest person we came across while traveling thru Jordan. She made our stay unforgettable. Kind, professional, thoughtful and great with kids - my son is in love with her! Our valet - Balal was the best. He helped us with luggage, made sure we had water for the road and gave us great suggestions for Wadi Rum excursion. We felt so welcomed, it was difficult to leave!

The place is very calm and posh, the check in process was very nice they gave complimentary drinks because we had to wait for our rooms, and it was worth it, the view was very pleasant, their breakfast buffet was really amazing they variants of different items very tasty, nice good stay, and special thanks to the reception
