I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to everything I needed. The overall comfort of the room and amenities exceeded my expectations, ensuring a relaxing stay. I particularly appreciated the convenience of the shuttle bus service, which made getting around the area a breeze. I'll definitely be choosing this hotel again for my next visit!

Not fancy but very good and excellent value for money. Nice, clean room. Comfortable bed. Really good breakfast. I also want to give a shout-out to the staff, they are excellent. Very helpful and friendly! I had parked the car in a spot which after the rain during the night, turned into what can only be described as a small lake. Getting into the car would have made my shoes (and feet) soaking. The super friendly staff sacrificed his feet and got the car out for me.

The service was good . We can kept our luggage there. The shuttle bus service is free. The bus stop infront of Terminal 2and 4. At terminal the bus stop at 13. It run every 30 min. The room is ok. The breakfast served since 4 am. not much variation but nice. They don't have a real time of the shuttle bus schedule, so you have to wait for it.

I have stayed at much better Radissons... I chose this hotel because of its location in Arlanda airport. I was given a room that was cold (and took a long time to heat up), smelled like the previous occupants last bowel movement, the shower had a broken switch which caused the water pressure to be shared between the taps to fill the bath and shower head.. The option to share my device's screen on the in room TV didn't work, and there was some garbage from the previous guest left in the wardrobe.. which doesn't make me believe the rooms are cleaned with enough diligence. When I raised this at reception at check out, I didn't receive as much as a ”sorry to hear that”, instead I got a ”I will let them know”. I will try another airport hotel next time!

Excellent location with a complementary shuttle service from/to the airport every 30 min. The rooms are spacious and clean. It includes a kettle so you can make coffee or tea any time during your stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is served between 4 am and 10 an. and you have plenty of options to choose from. Great choice if you need to catch an early flight next morning.

Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Great that you could buy something to eat and drink at reception. Coffee and tea free of charge all day. Transportation to airport 5 mins and you tell reception when you want to leave
