Good service and location also good

1.攜程客服很差，客服溝通困難！！！一個簡單的入住時間問題需要多部門申請，海外預訂房間再不用攜程，虧我是百萬積分黑鑽會員，沒有任何意義 2.酒店隔壁就是學校，到了上午特別吵！房間隔音也差，樓上有什麼動靜聽的一清二楚！Wi-Fi速度不如手機來的快！唯一的優點就是洗澡水夠大，也夠熱。早餐勉強可以。 3.酒店服務取決於給的小費多與少，在此不評價。

쉐라톤에서 관리하고 있어서 나쁘지 않지만 가격에 비해선 솔직히 별로입니다

以前就在Arusha喜來登入住，當時的物價還沒這麼高。現在再來，環境依然不錯，但是裝修設施變化不大。同樣的價格，已經沒辦法入住相同的房型［之前非攜程預訂］。酒店早飯不錯，種類多，可選擇多。午飯20美金/位的自助也比以前划算很多。如果後續再來，衹要價格合適，還是會繼續選擇這裏。

房間位置很好，就是房間設施太陳舊了

The hotel is very clean, up to date, and very decent given the location. The food was fine. The service was nice as everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. They have a nice cocktail selection and shisha. No complaints! I would stay again.

I spent a couple of days here attending a conference. The old hotel is quite pleasant and the staff goes to great lengths to please. It was amazing that the Hotel constructed a ramp to allow our colleague access to the meeting room in his wheelchair. The lunch spread was wicked right down to the dessert. I am still trying to shake off the weight. I loved the garden with lots of mature trees all tagged with their name and origin. Sadly I could not find a single indigenous tree.

During our stay we came to know that this is the oldest hotel in Tanzania built in 1894! Also for the price we paid, the quality of rooms was excellent, especially when compared to our stays in Tanzanian national parks which were quite expensive due to obvious reasons. The room we got at Four Points Arusha had a beautiful cozy view of a lush green garden and a nice balcony to sit out. Staff was helpful and at the restaurant chef Ravinder took care to pay attention to our dietary needs. Overall this hotel is a very good base to stay at, at the end or start of your trip to Ngorongoro / Serengeti.

Super good. Facilities, location, food and workers… 9/10. Nice pool, great gym for workout, and the rooms (we had 2 in diferent nights) were much bigger than many Spanish houses . It’s near the market, so you can even go for a walk in Arusha, that is a safe city.

the hotel is located in the city and is well guarded. The rooms are functional and the kitchen is ok. The staff is friendly and the desire for tips is clearly noticeable. The prices are too high for the quality and service. Not sure if there are better places in town.

This is a perfect beginning for any safari, with huge clean rooms, in a North American style, set in an extensive garden, with pool. Like I said, perfect for an unwind -kind of day after a long flight to Arusha. The meals are buffet style, with lots of choices and a staff ready to help . The kids loved the pool, the adults loved the gym, so everyone was happy and rested before a 10 day safari. Check out the gift shop, full of local artist’s work.

For us this was a staging point for our Serengeti safari. Booked into it by our tour operator. Overall, it was a good stay in a conventional european/american style hotel. Very comfortable place to stay, with a beautiful indoor courtyard insulated from the hullabaloo of Arusha. A few minor blips...laundry pickup fail. slow bar service...but all expertly recovered from by the hotel's dedicated and kind staff. Big shout out to Hosanna and Cynthia in particular.
