Ulasan Aso Resort Grandvrio Hotel

The room was good even it was a bit old. There were table tennis 🏓 to play; spring spot was nice.

We stayed here for one night, the hotel is located in a golf club, the view from our room is magnificent. Food and onsen are good beyond our expectations. However, the hotel is a bit old and the facilities are quite outdated. Overall, this hotel provides good value for money.

Very calm & nice atomsphere. Always good dinner as well. well communication.

Inside a beautiful golf course and easy driving to Aso Mountain

The attitude of staff there were extremely bad. Not willing to help and gave us a long face! Will not recommend this hotel to others for sure!

A resort hotel that’s due for an upgrade as it’s showing it’s age. Service is average for foreigners as they don’t speak much English. While the buffet dinner is still great, there’s a lack of variety so 1 night stay is sufficient. The hotel is quite obsessed over hygiene at the buffet table.

Very nice and very Comfortable

I was able to spend a relaxing time in my room while looking at the beautiful scenery. The hotel itself had a quiet atmosphere.

This is a hotel in Aso where I stayed to play golf. The hotel lobby and the golf front are right next to each other, so if you put the hotel in your navigation, it will come out as a place like a golf resort. Korean staff will speak Korean. If the room is not facing the golf course, you can see the trees from the first floor. The room is spacious. However, the bed is uncomfortable, and the dinner is cold and there is nothing to eat. The breakfast is better. Next time I play golf, I will stay in the city and come only to play golf. However, the view from dinner was so beautiful. Also, the water in the open-air bath was so good. It was clear in the morning, but it gradually got darker.

The scenery is beautiful, the food is delicious, the all-you-can-eat snow crab is a bonus, and the hot spring bath is also good.

The accommodation was clean and nice. We had a view of Mt. Aso, so it was really great. The view from the accommodation was fantastic. However, many group tourists came, and we had to wait in line for breakfast and dinner, and the food was not great. The steak was tough. The bed mattress was spring and the blanket was cold. The hot spring in the public bath was not big, but it was enough. However, the powder room was crowded. The biggest disappointment was that there were no yukatas and there were strangely styled clothes. They were very old and only one size, so my husband asked for a larger size because it was too small, but it was not big. Other accommodations had various sizes... The accommodation fee was also high because it was peak season. Compared to that, the hotel seems to focus more on convenient operation rather than customer service. Even because it was not a package, they did not provide free water in the accommodation. They told me to get it from a vending machine. It was very disappointing.

I went to play golf and stayed there. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly, so it was great! The facilities are a little old, but even though it's a Japanese hotel, the room was nice and not small! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious!

There are plenty of parking spaces, and the room has large floor-to-ceiling windows with great views! ! The breakfast options are varied and delicious. It feels great to enjoy the scenery while eating breakfast. You can go outside to see the stars at night. The location is very close to Kusa Senri and sightseeing helicopters. If you want to go straight to the sightseeing helicopter early in the morning, you can consider accommodation, but it is more suitable for self-driving!

The golf course was nice, but the hotel was very old. It seemed old...but it was well maintained. Considering the price, I thought it was good. It's close to Kumamoto, and the staff were friendly. I would definitely visit again.
