Comprei um pack família para 2 adultos e 2 crianças com acesso ao spa e jantar incluído. O check-in só se realiza a partir das 15 h. Não recebi mais nenhuma informação específica do hotel. Fiz o check-in por volta das 17h e sou informada que as crianças só têm acesso à piscina a partir das 13h e com última entrada às 16h30, por isso já não podiam ir à piscina. A rececionista foi extremamente desagradável. Ocorreu uma grave falha de comunicação do hotel porque comprei um pack com acesso à piscina que não era possível realizar. Felizmente a rececionista que estava à noite não era a mesma e foi bastante compreensiva com a situação tendo permitido que usufruíssemos do spa em família no dia seguinte entre as 13 e as 14h30.

Estuvimos 4 noches en Corao, y nos quedamos en el hotel Entremontes y es para repetir. Es un hotel acogedor, con desayunos caseros, muy cerca de los lagos de Covadonga y los Picos de Europa. Ideal para los amantes de la naturaleza, cerca se puede hacer rutas de senderismo, montar a caballo o simplemente dar un paseo en un entorno idílico. Muchas gracias a Sonia y Susana, las dueñas del hotel por la amabilidad, atención y buen trabajo que desempeñan día a día con esmero. Y nos han dado una buena noticia, el hotel permanecerá abierto los fines de semana de noviembre y diciembre. Así que los que quieran estar cerquita de la nieve ⛄️ para excursiones con raqueta, rutas y esquís 🎿 no duden Entremontes es de las mejores opciones para hosped****. Muchas gracias por todo. Repetiremos

We booked 3 nights in a Junior Suite and had high expectations; the location was great, however the reat below average. The junior suite needes an upgrade, despite being spacy with a great view of the Covadonga Basilica, bathroom was small and the amenities nit worth 4 stars. There was not enough shampoo/gel for 2 showers same day. Wallpaper and carpet in the room needed change. The hotel has laundry service, however does not advertise same. Price is reasonable though. One must prebook breakfast slit evening before due to covid-not convenient at all. Ensure you get to breakfast early, as you end up spending a lot of time queuing, as they serve hot items by the plate. We tried both early (7:15) and late (10:15). Late breakfast was a disaster; many items were missing and only 2 staff to serve everything (1 staff member was rude and lazy, the other friendly but stresses as he had to do the job for both). We had dinner (from the bar menu) one evening - don't bother dining at the hotel. Quality and taste (or should I say lack of same) were bad. The hotel employs young people, however most lack experience which show. Also note not a lot of the staff speak English and basic service and service skills (I know as I have been working in hotels myself) All in all great location but bad service and outdated amenities and food.

To start the road up to the hotel is a bit gnarly if you follow a Sat nav but there is an alternative which is a bit easier. The secure underground parking is a massive bonus with direct access to the rooms. Check in was so easy with broken Spanish and Google translate with exceptionally friendly staff. The room on entrance was spotlessly clean with the air con running so it was already at a comfortable temperature. The room was well appointed with a fridge and hair dryer and plenty of storage. There was plenty of space around the pool with no need for the crack of dawn sun bed dash. The breakfast was a normal fair of cooked and pastries, nothing special but more than adequate however the evening meal was the same every night and quite expensive for what it was. This may be an issue if you don’t have transport away from the hotel. The position of the hotel is quite remote so it would be a mission to walk to an alternative restaurant. The views from the hotel are stunning from the outside lounge area and if you are lucky enough to have a balcony room. So the upshot of the review is great hotel, excellent friendly staff, beautiful location spotlessly clean. The only downside is the evening meal options but if you have transport this is a non issue as there are plenty of alternatives available. So, would we recommend this hotel, absolutely and can’t wait to visit again

We are on a motorbike touring holiday and this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. One of our riders fell off and Chus from the reception team personally drove us to the hospital to drop off some clothes for the injured rider as the taxis were too booked up. It’s that kind of service and human kindness that makes these trips so special, especially in times of need! Very grateful to Chus for helping us. ❤️❤️❤️ Food was delicious too, if you’re a meat eater, the entrecôte steak was incredible.

Pesima experiencia vivida, el pasado 08 de Julio del 2022 en el hotel Angliru del Soto de Cangas, tras llegar a las 15:00 y entregarnos las llaves e intentamos descansar, escuchamos los ladridos de un perro en la habitación de la primera planta, ya que los dueños dejaron un perro encerrado en la habitación y se marcharon, el perro estuvo ladrando durante 2 horas, quejándose varios personas de diferentes habitaciones de la primera planta, por lo que fue imposible poder descansar, pero lo mas grave fue que ha mi pareja le pico una garrapata en la la cama, provocándola un agujeró en la espalda por lo que tuvimos que ir de urgencias al centro salud para retirar la garrapata ya que se metió en el interior de la espalda por lo que la causo una reaccion e inchazon de inmediato, varios después dias despues comenzo a tener fuertes dolores de cabeza y fiebre , dolores musculares y posiblemente infecciones de la garrapa, ya que se ha realizado un analisis de sangre para analizar si hay infección de la picadura producida en la habitación nunero 6 del Hotel Angliru, se tuvo que solicitar las hojas de reclamaciones para que tomen medidas la diputación de cangas de onis, se solicitaran daños y perjucios producidos . Este Hotel se admiten perros y mascotas para que puedan dormir en el interior de las habitaciones, pareciendo mas una perrera mas que un hotel, también añadir que debajo de las camas habia bolas de pelo de perro y fuertes olores de orina de perro, que tengan en cuenta los próximos visitantes del.
