アテネの中心にあり　便利でした。ホテルの近くは比較的雑然とした感じで　夜は出歩かない方が良さそうに感じました。室内へ清潔でした。

We were there twice during our trip. First I had a room on the 5th floor. Second time my room was on the 2nd floor. It was a totally different experience. The last room was renovated. The one on the 5th floor was still old, not looking good, bad bathroom. But for both the airconditioning wasn’t working well (loud) and also the hotel is located in a very loud neighbourhood (traffic) and a lot of ***** and homeless people. But most say that the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall not the place I would recommend to stay when you’re in Athena

The location wasn’t the best. I found some of the staff on the hotel desk to be rude and unfriendly - especially the gentleman with the long dark hair and the lady with short blonde hair. We were never greeted almost as if we didn’t exist, and they were very unhelpful when asked for help. The bathroom was falling apart, air conditioning very weak and WiFi very slow. Not the best experience, I wont be staying there again.

Bad neighborhood with drug ******* under the balcony. No mirror in the bathroom, nowhere to hang the towels, no toilet brush. Toilet paper standing on the garbage basket. Food better to skip The only good thing with the hotel is that it is close to Omonia square and very kind personel

BEWARE of Rip off by Tour Operator - Destination Services - for Pre Tour Accommodation!! We booked 5 day Greece, Nafplion, Olympia, Delphi Tour via Tour Radar website. We requested tour operator for one night pre tour accommodation in the same hotel from where the tour was starting. Price quoted was 143 Euros. When I checked via ***********, the price was - wait!! Only 54 Euros! What!! When I queried with Tour Radar and with Tour Operator, I got the unbelievable excuse stating that the tour operator booked the hotels via 12 month contract!! What? Are you kidding? Should that make it cheaper or 2.5 time more expensive!! So I booked directly with the same hotel. But Tour Operator - Destination services - refused to pick us up from the airport unless we paid extra even though airport transfers were included in the price we paid for the tour!! Another, misleading advertising is on Tour Radar website for the tour. When I booked the tour for 2 persons sharing a room, the price I paid was around 9% more than advertised on Tour Radar website. When I queried, I was told that the advertised price was for 3 persons sharing a room!! What? Is that not false advertising? The tour itself was ok except for a few major and minor issues. The TV did not work in one of the hotels and when I checked with reception I just got ‘Sorry’. The tour bus dropped us off 100 metres from our hotel and we had to carry all our luggage along the pavement to the hotel. Our tour guide, while very knowledgeable, was very grumpy, and told us off for asking simple logistics questions. On the other hand, the tour guide for Athens tour and Acropolis was excellent and explained the history really well. Each morning in Athens we lost more than an hour as buses picked up participants from various hotels and we all waited for ‘exchange’ of passengers between buses. On the positive side, the breakfast and dinners at the hotels in Olympia and Delphi were very good. Also, I received prompt responses to my queries by the tour operator. In summary, the tour itself is ok but BEWARE of the tour operator OVERCHARGING significant Euros for pre tour accommodation because they feel they have captive audience. I suggest that you do your own research and compare the prices for the hotel on the internet.

This is a great clean family style hotel. It's not the Ritz by any means, but very comfortable and the people that work here are truly amazing. I would definitely come back and stay here again. The rooms are bigger than most hotels in Europe.

It’s a simple, clean and tidy hotel with a great location near different shops and restaurants. The hotel room is nice with a beautiful view on the 6th floor. The reception looks really nice and the different receptionists were all nice and friendly also good english Only thing would be better to change is the small elevator, we were 2 people with our luggage was hard to fit in

Be prepared! Staff are lovely but that alone doesn't make a good stay. Do not plan to be out in the evening at all. Even at 6pm the dangers of being so close to the City centre are apparent. Do take your own water and tea/ coffee making supplies. Do stock up on snacks if yr teens need them after a day exploring - you can't get them at the hotel. Do buy food from the plentiful delis in Omonia Square during the day if don't plan to eat with the schools at the buffet in the evenings- the bar food is not available. If you do use the buffet, choose the cold option as the hot is cold anyway. Plan yr showers for really early or very late as demand outstrips capacity. But the staff are lovely, although they can't provide any of the above. Go prepared to enjoy the sights during the day and enjoy a bar drink in the evening. Time your drink well and you can avoid or listen to the evening students debrief of the day. Staff are knowledgeable about the area and the sights.
