Negative points:Breakfast buffet has less variety of food. It needs to include fruit squeezer and fried eggs. Black people stay nearby. Positive points: location is very good with 2 metro stations, especially omonia where 2 metro lines interact. They are very helpful for tourist to visit interesting places like acropolis. Staff service is excellent. Indian restaurants nearby offer delicious but cheaper food.

Point positif et... c'est le seul : Situé en centre ville Points négatifs : Hôtel servant de d'hébergement provisoire pour migrants qui occupent hall d'accueil et couloirs avec téléphone avec haut parleur, nous avons dû appeler la réception à deux reprises pour ne plus être gênés par les conversations bruyantes. La nourriture est médiocre avec un choix minimal et la gastro assurée au réveil ! Beaucoup de bruits extérieurs surtout dus aux zombies dans la rue adjacentes qui se bagarrent, trafiquent et hurlements. Nos avons pu voir des personnes faisant leurs besoins dans la rue adjacente et entendre les voitures de polices venir sirènes hurlantes. Dommage car les chambres sont correctes.

Minus: The toothbrush holder looked very dirty, I would probably give it a deep clean. There were some signs of mold in the shower and the toilet paper holder was loose from the wall. The rain shower head lived a life of its own, very inconsistent with how the water came out, it also took time for the water to warm up. If you care about noise, don't get a room with a street view, the windows really weren't soundproof at all. The location is a bit sketchy at night. I would also recommend the hotel to advertise to people not to waste food at the breakfast buffet because there was A LOT of it by others when we were there. This is a big thing for hotels in the north. Pros: The room looked quite newly renovated. Seems like the hotel was under renovation because when we were there it was a completely different style from the breakfast room to the room. It's probably going to be very pretty when it's finished. Plus for the minibar and kettle in the room. Plus for a separate toilet room and shower room. Great view from the balcony in the room and from the roof terrace. Great, down to earth staff. Also a very good breakfast, I have stayed in many different hotels and this is one of the best breakfasts in Europe for me.

Really good hotel, close too the centre of athens. Around 20 mins walk to the centre so not so bad. The hotel itself is budget but we loved it, cost room, aircon, TV, bathroom with amazing shower. I would highly recommend this hotel. Perfect base for city exploring. The staff were nice and friendly and the cleaners were nice.

Really unprofessional staff at reception, the story is I do join 2 nights meeting event here My group booked 2 nights already without payment (the principal would support 1 night and I must pay 1 night as our agreement) Then I booked for my own 1 night and online paid, remain 1 night that our principal would support Once I arrived for check in, the reception asked for 1 night pay instantly and they couldn't find my name/my husband's name in any booking -- I had never faced an awful situation before (don't check but easy to change, don't care for my information, don't listen to me when I informed the name of group at all) Hotel staff can't find a booking even in trip.com or from the group 😂 then I need to pay 1 night (which the principal will pay later) and he still ask for my booking number in trip.com, so poor practice I have never seen before such a who got all the data but unskilled to check any... It might be a typical person here for no service mind and don't try to understand I take 2 hours to talk and become my fault for duplicate booking....😒 and he ask me for ”how to know I paid in the 2nd night 🙄 ask me to show online statement in my e-banking !?!?!? ,Once I showed he said how to know it is mean to Stanley (statement show the perfect similar of decimal with pay under name trips.com....????) So senselessly staff However I finally got back my money, with the assistance of my Greek colleagues If you have to book here, please don't expect them to be close to standard for a 1 star hotel actually It's one of the most rough service from my experience Good cleaning room, near subway but nothing around, simple amenity

Excellent value for money hotel in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk from Athens’ most visited spots. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. No tea/coffee making facilities but I don’t know if that’s normal in Athens, but there is a fridge and great air conditioning. Then roof top bar in their sister hotel Plaka is well worth a visit. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing hotel, very cosy, modern, with lovely details in design and decor, comfy bed with choice of pillows, great rooftop restaurant with nice view to Acropolis, super tasty breakfast with fresh juice and fresh bakery 🙏

I booked this hotel on the following key factors: Close to where I want to go. I love to walk to areas, plus there is a metro stop 3 minutes away. Which we used to get to distant places...also when the heat index was high. This used to be a prior hotel, reworked in 2007. An office prior to that and initially a family residence. Pros: - They are really accommodating. We were coming off a cruise ship early in the morning and they stated they would hold our bags so we could go out. As it turned out, our slated room was clean and they let us toss the bags in. They answered questions via email too. They ordered a taxi, which was prompt, to take us to the airport. They have a map you can take and gave recommendations - The included breakfast is good. I like a big breakfast that includes eggs, bread, fruit, yogurt and lots of coffee. - The facility looks a little worn (dull?), but it is nice and it is VERY clean. The beds were very nice too. NOTE: If you have trouble with stairs, you may want to reconsider. There are two flights of about 7 steps to get to registration, and another small flight to an elevator if you need that. We only used it for moving luggage.

LOVED staying at this hotel and would stay again if I were visiting Athens again. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Harris (the manager I think, he was constantly on reception or at the bar area) we were warmly welcomed. We arrived around 11am (check in was supposed to be 3pm but he allowed us to check into our room immediately - and also upgraded us to a beautiful room with a massive balcony. The room was gorgeous and modern and had many lovely amenities including toothbrush and toothpaste sets and lovely bathroom toiletries. There was a fridge with bottled water and the room had air conditioning and the biggest walk-in shower ever. So luxurious and modern. We were also able to store our cases after a late check out. I’m so impressed after I checked in this amazing place. Sparkling clean and room is huge. The manager texted me a few times and stopped by in person to greet me and makes sure I m every thing’s good . Self checkin very easy if you following the manager send your instructions message
