Ulasan Hyatt Place Detroit Auburn Hills

出差在此酒店住了將近一個月，還算習慣，比上不足比下有餘。有免費的停車位，有早餐，還有健身房與游泳池，雖然冬天泳池裡的水比較涼。

午夜入住，入住時確認可以下午2點退房，退房那天説夜班和我確認的人聯繫不到，也沒留記錄，死活不承認，若要2點退房，要加收70美金，吐槽

也就是三星酒店的水準，房間不是每天打掃，要提前和前台預約，一般2-3天打掃一次。早餐的盤子經常沒洗乾淨，服務管理上感覺有些混亂，在國外，也別想着國內的服務，湊合就行了。酒店位於奧本山，有些年頭了，比較老。基本上都是商務出差人士，度假不推薦！

We had a great room. Arrived late and the lights were on welcoming us in. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very pleasant.

The hotel was very clean. The front desk was very helpful. I especially liked the breakfast. It did not state in the description that it had a hot breakfast, but it did. They had eggs and potatoes (that were crispy and seasoned just right). They had waffles (that they made-you don't have to make them yourself) and fruit and a lot of great options for breakfast. I did not go in the pool but I saw many families that did and they all looked very happy.

I love that it was family friendly, the staff was helpful and nice. The only downfall was the walls were thin and I could hear our neighbors muffled conversations. But overall a great stay for the price!

Pool was cold, closed at 9pm. Even though when we called to check on times, they told us 11pm. No hot tub either? If we would have known that, we would have picked a different place! My aunt found old food, and perfume in her room because it wasn’t cleaned properly. About the only thing they did right was put our room close to my aunts like we asked. Staff was nice tho. Helpful with the pack and play. Which was nice. Probably won’t stays again, but it worked for the one night.

No towels in the pool area and when we went to the desk they had none. Also not enough seating for breakfast and they ran out of a lot of stuff.

The room has bottles of water available for your convenience for $5 a piece. One of the bottles had previously been opened and some water consumed. We took that to the front desk to notify them and make we didn’t get charged for it. The heat didn’t work in the room, we also notified the front desk when we told them about the water and someone came up to the room to fix it. It only worked for a couple hours and then quit again. Thankfully the temps outside were in the 40s so the room temp didn’t get below 66 overnight. There wasn’t a blanket in the room for the pullout bed so we had to go down stairs to the front desk to get one because no one answered the phone when we called down there. The pool water was cloudy and the area surrounding the pool where the chairs and tables were was dirty with small debris and fuzzy things lying around. The door to the pool room was unlocked, guess the key card pad was broken or disabled. There were about a dozen you teenage boys in the pool being obnoxious and jumping in the pool. It appeared the boys parent(s) were there paying no mind to there shenanigans as were being inappropriate with each other. Not even sure the parents and boys were all staying at the hotel. Looked some where just there to be in the pool. My family left the pool area after 20 minutes and never returned. Felt bad for another family of 7 who came down to the pool with several children under 10, they never left the step area of the pool because of the teenage boys

Really nice rooms, pool was nice, breakfast was awesome! Waffles, sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, yogurt with fruit!

Check-in was quick n easy. Lobby was nice. Staff- with the exception of a night desk clerk- were kind but a skeleton crew and stretched thin. Grounds were clean and breakfast was great. Those are about the only Pros I can list. Cons- Our door didnt latch when it shut, had to be pulled tight until it clicked. We had a random toddler walk into our room at 9pm. We went through a total of 14 keys- took up to 5 times to get the reader to accept 1 of our 3 cards, and didnt lose any. We were told they'll send someone to fix it asap. Nobody came and we dealt with it all weekend, each time with a different employee telling us they'll either put a work order in or change us rooms. Nothing happened. I plugged in my phone charger and the outlet arced about 3" from the bed. The heating unit cover was propped on, and fell off when bumped. The coffeepot sprayed hot water all over the sink, took 2 requests about 3 hours before I went down the 3rd time and waited at the desk to get it for my room. There was only the communal microwave in the lobby and it was splattered with sauce, no spare trash bags, no hand soap (overnight guy told me I had to ask to get any they didnt put it in the rooms) no directory for local stuff, freezer in the mini fridge dripped water. Pool never had towels even at opening, had to use room ones. Staff didnt care about the screaming group that drove dozens out. Beds are NOT queen size- we measured. There is NO hot tub like they advertise. The hyatt in Flint was bette
