首先入住很好 碰巧遇到我們華人前台 王先生 態度和服務絕對一流 讓你覺得回家了的氛圍 不怕麻煩 呆我參觀了房型 換房 但酒店也僱傭了其他亞裔 比如馬來西亞🇲🇾人 據説還是我們中國🇨🇳的領導在酒店 退房時提前一天個酒店人員溝通了 是否可以安排延遲退房 因為五星級都會有這個優享服務給客人 都很寬鬆 衹是你需要提前打好招呼告知 在房間充足的前提下 都不會有問題 而柏悦跟我溝通的一位女士 也承諾了給我2pm退房 第二天因為我有事在外面 但是也不想多佔用人家酒店房間 就告之攜程的酒店客服 跟酒店聯繫 可以直接把我行李拉下來 我回去直接chk out就可以了 然而等我回酒店告知我要多收我半天費用 因為我2pm沒有回來 是4pm回來的 且他們沒有權利拿客人行李 所有這些個説辭 來自於馬來西亞🇲🇾前台的所謂領導 直接刷了我的認知 全世界五星級酒店住了那麼多 第一次碰到五星級酒店行為是三星級處理方案的酒店 好 老孃也不幹了 反正最後是贏了 寫這麼多就是想要給大家提醒 出門在外 別被不友好的亞裔欺負 首先2pm到點要charge我 可以 你要電話告知我 在沒有告知我前提下 且我讓攜程聯繫他們 告知可以chk out 是他們各種bb不去搬行李 然後讓我出半天費用 noway

The Horizon is connected to the Skyneedle by a walkway. It is a 800 meter walk to the waterfront and 2 blocks from Queen street for excellent shopping. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The price was more than reasonable through trip.com for this 5 star hotel.

Strategically located in the middle of Auckland CDB. We can easily walked around the main attractions.including Auckland Tower, the wharf, Queen St. Love the room view too which face the tower directly. Cleanliness perspective however was really disappointing.. The room was really dusty, not for the hidden corner like under the sofa/bed/top of cabinet, but obvious area like the sofa, basin, etc.

The location of Barclay Suites is great, although the area is currently under road work construction out front. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating to any of our queries and needs. The two bedroom, two bathroom suite was very convenient to have on our travels. It is a great offering not many of the other hotels have. The cleanliness was not up to par, however, as there was multiple stained furniture pieces, pillow cases along with debris, dirt, and dust present throughout the unit. Unit could use a very good thorough cleaning to bring it up to standard. Further, the two in one washer dryer is not very good. Made our whites grey, and did not dry properly. The cycles are hours, some 4 hours plus long, so it’s not really efficient or useable at all.

Great location that is near to cbd. Have tried two restaurants near the hotel and that’s great. Easy for some nights when lazy. Room is good with kitchen, laundry and sitting room area. A nice chocolate welcome gift. Sweet. 10-15mins walk to pier that open a new world to different islands like Waiheke or Tira Tira. Love and enjoy the start.

Very rude receptionists when I asked for return of deposit taken at checkin even though room had been paid for in full. Was told it would take a few days and if it didn’t come into my account to contact my bank because they sometimes hold onto money and don’t pay it in. Complete rubbish!!! I’m sure my credit card company would be interested to know about this policy to refuse to return deposits at checkout … attitude of male receptionist spoiled my stay I was made to feel uncomfortable because I asked for return of deposit. Would not stay here again or recommend based on this.

Had an amazing night with my husband. Loved exploring all the restaurants on k road. We also got upgraded to the pinicle tower which I highly recommend staying in. Due to school holidays the pool and spa was packed. But was still a nice experience.

The kids loved their own separate sleeping area which had a single bed and a bunk bed that is capable of housing up to 4 kids. Room price included a complimentary visit to the top of the sky tower.

She was from Nepal and her name was candita- I’m sorry I don’t remember it accurately. She took the time to help me order an Uber and suggested the haka demonstration at the museum. Her bright smile and helpfulness made my trip so much better

The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff was also friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a neat, well-equipped hotel.
It was little far from airport , but there is a yellow bus which connects airport and hotels every specific intervals.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is a great value choice if you're arriving in Auckland and want to establish a base. My sister and I stayed there on 10th-11th July as I had made the reservation because of the hotels proximity to Auckland Airports and to Snap Rentals, a car hire company (very good) I have used before in NZ. We called the hotel reception and shortly afterwards they collected us (Exit door 9) in a minibus. Our transfer to our hotel took about 12 minutes. Check-in was quick, our room was very clean, en-suite, the beds were comfortable and we had a fridge and usual toiletry accessories. Food and beverages were still available (at 23.20hrs) from the bar.
We both slept well and the next morning, a transfer service was available back to the airport to very near the car hire business location, but the driver very kindly took me directly to Snap Rentals, and I returned to the hotel which has easily accessible ample free parking to collect my sister.
As the hotel had been so good, fantastic value and the staff had been so helpful, I decided to re-book for 15th-16th July for the night before our return flight to the UK. Once again, a great value price with the helpful service as on our previous visit. My sister ordered some food on this occasion - and it was very good and again, great value. Don't be put off by the remarkably keen prices, this is a great little hotel with more to offer than we had time to enjoy (swimming pool etc). I'd highly recommend it.

PPengguna TetamuI am very thankful got to stay at Airport Kiwi Motel as I left my bag on the yellow bus and reception gentleman helped me to track it back for me wothout missing anything. The room is spacious and cups and bowls with other kitchen items are very helpful and clean. just that i heard neighour room's noise like kids talking and adult snooring :D I will book again if i need to change flights in short days.

From the warm greeting at check-in to the helpful assistance with my luggage, every interaction I had with the staff was pleasant and professional.
The hotel's facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a plush bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a convenient workspace. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, with a great shower and plenty of towels. I also appreciated the hotel's fitness center and business center, which were both well-equipped and easily accessible.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The hotel's restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. I also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, which offered a great selection of local and international dishes. The food was tasty, well-presented, and reasonably priced.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the Gateway Airport Hotel in Mangere. The combination of excellent service, modern facilities, and delicious food made for a truly enjoyable stay. SshinebykamMy time at this hotel was amazing! The view from my room was so pretty, looking out at the water. The staff were really nice, and my room was super clean . Also , Being a tea lover, I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection of tea flavors available in the room which was complimentary . It was a delightful treat to explore the various options and indulge in my favorite beverage while taking in the beautiful views. Overall, my stay at was a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. I left feeling refreshed . I definitely suggest it to others!
