Having to come to Auckland after the sudden death of my father we were pleased to be able to book our first night at the Quest, but disappointed we couldn’t stay for the duration of our visit. Again superb service on arrival which was again surpassed after lunch. Arriving back at the hotel , Atek the duty manager advised us that due to a cancellation and changes made by the staff we could in fact stay at the Quest for our time here. Atek your empathy, efficiency and caring made a difficult situation so much better. The Quest Hotel is indeed fortunate to have you as an employee and you will always be remembered by us for your caring and genuine understanding. The word has been spread around my family and friends. Well done Atek and the Quest. Again nothing but superb service and accommodation. Thank you. Mike and Kay Legge. May 09 2022.

Great location, near Sylvia Park and other local supermarkets and shops. Well signposted and easy to enter from Mt Wellington Highway. Ample parking for extra cars. Clean and well equipped. The manager happily gave us extra towels for the extra adults staying. Towels replaced on the second day.

We stayed here for a couple of weeks and it suited us well as an apart’hotel. It was pleasantly spacious and had all the equipment needed for preparing meals: fridge/freezer, a 4 ring hob, cooker, microwave, utensils, crockery, cutlery. There’s also a washing machine and tumble dryer, laundry rack, iron and ironing board (but you shouldn’t put the laundry rack on the terrace). Its location, 5 minutes walk across from the Botany shopping centre (and bus interchange), is great if you don’t have a car, but there’s also a dedicated parking place (and we were able to plug in our EV through the window). The swimming pool was nice as we were there during a hot spell, but unfortunately it wasn’t open some days because of technical issues. The complex also has a gym, tennis court and barbecue and playground: basically it covers every wish for short or long term residents – and compared to other accommodation in Auckland it wasn’t crazily expensive compared to other places for the dates we booked. I appreciated the comfortable king size bed. The manageress was very friendly and helpful with a few little issues we had.

I just spent 2 nights at this golf resort in Auckland and really enjoyed amazing golf and outstanding hospitality from all the staff! I have to make special mention of Lance Hatfield, Shane and Keegan, who bent over backwards to ensure I got as much golf in as possible! Lance provided me with invaluable local knowledge and even gave me a ride to the ferry on the day I left! Now This is what I call 7 Star service and I will definitely be returning to play golf again! The Villas were massive and very clean and my only minor complaint was the failure to replenish my coffee capsules and fresh milk when they serviced the room. I need good coffee to get my day started! My meal in their restaurant was excellent and the Beef Brisket burger was amazing!! Overall an Awesome golf experience with very satisfactory accommodation options!

Have stayed a few times and represents value for money . Asked for a quiet room and was given one away from the lifts on a higher floor . Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable and lots of pillow choices. Rooms are in need of general maintenance , The bathroom door didnt close in my room which was Ok as travelled on my own however would not have been idea travelling with others. Bad seal on window meant I could hear the wind as it came through gap. Small things that were ok for one night but could be more bothersome if staying longer period.
