Residence Inn Augusta

What a well-run hotel!!! Not cheap, but considering where it is, we understand. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The bright, shining star of this hotel is the staff. Many hotels have "courteous" staff. This Residence Inn has genuinely caring and compassionate staff. Anita leads the team for front desk and her infectious enthusiasm and can-do spirit permeates the whole team. She was helpful from the first phone call where I asked for a certain room to helping me with the huge amount of baggage we had to deal with because we were in the middle of a move. The next morning, I also met two more long-ball hitters; Caleb Gibbs is one nice fellow who was also very helpful. Such a nice man. I met a new employee, Myrna, in housekeeping who had been on the job one day. Her smile lit up my Saturday morning. Clearly, they hired the right lady to join this all-star team.

Great hotel amenities is very nice. Good workout facility. Great breakfast overall staff very friendly hotel clean management and nighttime management very well. Anita is one of the best she went above and beyond being helpful during my stay here in Augusta residence Inn

Everything so far has been great! Shout out to Ms. Karen on the amazing complimentary breakfast. She does a great job ensuring all stations are stocked. Food was great 👍 The room is very clean and well stroked to make our stay as comfortable as possible!

All staff were very accommodating and professional. Anita, each evening, new my name immediately and seemed to really care about my stay and overall experience while at this hotel. I would rate it a 10 if I could! Rooms were very clean and maintained well!

The hostess was friendly and very efficient. Her mother pleasant demeanor was also very nice. The food available at the buffet was hot and very tasty. The variety of juices and yogurt was a welcome addition. It was a good value and included with the room fee.

First of all “Customer Service” was excellent upon checking. Thanks ANITA. She was professional and exceeded our expectations. Room was spacious and comfortable and cute. Next morning we enjoyed our tasty breakfast. Overall our stay was subset and IWe recommend you stay there.❤️

Well kept and extremely clean hotel conveniently accessible to the nearby interstate and pleasantly surprised that there was no interstate noise! We found the room well maintained and comfortable. The best part of our stay was interacting with the desk clerk Anita! She was very pleasant and professional which is definitely a plus to find! My impression is that she sincerely cares about the hotel guests and I hope that my family and I will have the opportunity to interact with her again upon our future stays at this Residence Inn! Thank you to Anita and the staff for making our stay very enjoyable!

Ms. Karen was “Right on Time” with her excellent breakfast. She was attentive to our needs and kept the food selections fully stocked. A round of applause for her. In future, I will certainly stay at another Marriott BonVoy Elite hotel. Thank you for making my stay more than pleasant.

I am currently in the midst of a long term stay at this property. My stay has been excellent thus far. The accommodations have been great and the staff has been superb. Specific kudos to Anita for going above and beyond to make sure I was properly taken care of.
