Ulasan Americas Best Value Inn Austin

Saya tidak gembira kerana perlu mendapatkan bilik lain di tempat kejadian. Saya mengembara dengan 3 orang lain dan kami mempunyai 2 katil bersaiz queen di dalam bilik kami tetapi hotel tidak membenarkan lebih daripada 2 orang setiap bilik. Saya faham covid adalah masalah tetapi saya rasa ia adalah satu penipuan. Saya membayar 100 untuk bilik asas 1 bintang.

Tidak pasti mengenainya. Tidak mewah. Bukan ratchet!

I’m sad to say this but the place is run down and not is a place for families. If you are looking for a one night late notice nothing else. Had to tough it out with my family because the no refund and we made the best with what we had. The humidity in the air of the place is the number one thing I would say needs to be fixed and the cleanliness is not good. Sorry.

It’s an older motel but it has been renovated. Good location away from the night walkers that break into car in Austin. I went to eat the “free breakfast” twice and they didn’t have anything out except for coffee. Other than that I can’t complain. Oh yeah. The tv talks in a depressed voice every time you change a channel or turn the volume up or down. It was like I was roommates with my buddy’s depressing wife.

Nice enough rooms, staff were friendly enough, no chairs, breakfast was a bag lunch which is ok. Good for the price, quick drive to access other stuff, but not much around.

Overall, we had a clean room and the room served the purpose for a comfortable stay. The paper-thin walls made it difficult to sleep in peace. Biggest gripe about this place is the “continental breakfast.” We walked in to grab a bite to eat before hitting the road, and the front desk guy pulled two paper brown lunch bags from a black crate and plopped them down on the counter. We had to provide two tickets we received at our check-in in order to receive the bag. Contents included a sunny delight juice bottle, package of mini muffins, and a granola bar. Nice stay but I wouldn’t not return again.

The worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life, quite literally. The hotel is the "epitome" of a roach motel with actual roaches in the room. The hot water didn't work on arrival. The front door was damaged. The owner was yelling at multiple guests. This place is a train wreck. It is unsafe and unsanitary and should be condemned.

Its America's worst place to live. It is more labor camp. What ever shown in pics are not operational..breakfast is in brown bag. U cant sit in the lobby.. Its nightmare

The room was very dirty and smelled really bad. Flyes in the bathroom and the tub was so dirty that our children did not want to shower. Do not recommend this hotel

Dirty sheets, dirty shower, not enough parking spaces, only one staff member

Sketchy and black mold in the shower. Took one step into the room and decided to go somewhere else even though there were no refunds.
