This was our third stay here and it won’t be the last.!Bryan and Sherry are very hospitable, the weekday “Continental Breakfast” is so much more that the name implies. Lovely old house and rooms. Great neighborhood to walk in and a super short drive or rideshare to downtown. Can even be walked but it was in the low 30s when last we stayed so no night time walks.

My Daughter and I stayed 2 nights at the Brava House. Everything was perfect. A great location to downtown Austin. Very quiet and safe location. Our room was downstairs and had one queen bed and a sofa bed which was very comfortable. We had a very good full breakfast each morning. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel right at home. I will go back again.

We like staying in American B&Bs as they are usually in interesting buildings and have very hepful and welcoming hosts. Brava House met our hopes excactly. The house is a lovely property and is furnished in period style. Bryan and Sherry were delightful hosts and couldn't have been more helpful. Their advice on what to see in Austin and in the Hill country really added to our trip. We particularly enjoyed chatting to them over the excellent breakfasts.

Four couples rented four rooms for a night in Austin. We wanted a place we could be together and have our own space. Brava House was perfect. The location is perfect for downtown and university events. It’s walkable to shops and some restaurants. We loved it. With advance notice, breakfast can be tailored for gluten or other allergy issues.

the house: gorgeous. the hostess: friendly but not too obtrusive. the meals: light and well prepared the coffee: dark & good the suite: intimate, beautifully appointed and homey. everything was lovely. even with 2 smokers in the room, we were happy it was a non-smoking room. lovely patio out back, off-street parking, bus stop 250 feet from the front door. robin made our stay lovely by suggesting restaurants, taverns, activities, and even how to get to the airport for 50 cents. she wasn't meddling or overly engaging, but made herself very approachable. the brava house is a casual, laid back & comfortable place to be.

When my wife and I visit Austin for ACL Festival, we always stay at Brava House. We enjoy walking to Zilker Park for the festival as well as the many other restaurants, shops, and nightlife in the area. The Clarksville neighborhood is quiet but still close to everything Austin has to offer. The rooms are all unique and are nicely furnished and very comfortable. The owners, Bryan and Sherry, are very accommodating and and do their best to make your stay enjoyable. I would recommend staying at Brava House for any trip to Austin.

Wow, I would give Brava House 10 stars if I could! Stayed in the Fitzgerald room for 4 nights when in town for a family function. Everything was perfect-comfortable bed, lovely sitting room, and convenient access to mini-fridge and microwave in the room. But saving the best for last...our hosts, Sherry and Bryan! They made us feel so comfortable and so well taken care of. Best way to start off our day-delicious breakfast prepared by our hosts while enjoying their company. Thank you, Sherry and Bryan for going above and beyond! We will be back!!

We (4 adult girlfriends) stayed for 5 nights at this impeccable B&B. The hosts were wonderful! Bryan and Sherry were so warm, friendly, and hospitable. We left feeling like we had new friends in Austin. The rooms, the Fitzgerald and Garbo were comfortable with fine linens, antique furniture and decor. The breakfasts were hearty and personally prepared by our hosts Bryan and Sherry. This is absolutely a top notch place to stay in Austin, if you prefer to be a step outside of the hotel down town experience. Uber rides into town were quick and easy. We all agreed that we would absolutely return to Brava House if we ever return to Austin.

My husband and I came to Austin to view eclipse and explore the area. This B&B is not only beautiful, comfortable and in a great location but the hosts, Brian and Sherri, went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. My brother in law joined us at the last minute and they made it possible to have him stay with us! In addition, the breakfast is delicious with lots of choices. We will definitely be coming back to the Brava House.
