It’s my second time at this hotel. The staff are very helpful and nice, the location is very good. And they are available online for any questions. I have a nice vacation.

Hotel is nice and in a good location. Near Yolk which is very popular in Bangkok.

The location of the hotel is really excellent. On the one hand quiet and on the other hand close to everything. The rooms are clean and spacious. I really enjoyed my stay at this place

Room was impeccable and filled with modern facilities. Relatively easy access to BTS National Stadium and MBK Center. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The indoor pool is simple but sufficient. A bit hard to use the business facilities as there always appeared to be people there. The restaurant offering is my only gripe with this place (limited menu option serving intercontinental breakfast set), but it was not a deal breaker since I was in Thailand for street food. If they offered local Thai dishes conveniently at their restaurant, it would have been perfect and flawless. Would highly recommend this place.

Comfortable room, friendly staff , quite location !! Incan sleep well in this hotel! And I love their welcoming drink in the hotel lobby ~ Hotel Staff can speak english and they are friendly and helpfull

Simple yet stylish. Very comfortable with well designed rooms. Short walking distance to National Stadium BTS. Compliments to the friendly staff.

My 5 days stay experience at Happy 3:  1. Cleanliness - Room is very clean and well kept 2. Service - Excellent friendly and helpful service especially from conceige staffs Annie and Han.  3. Location - Slightly inconvenient as hotel is located towards the end of Soi Kasem San 3.  Quite a long walk out to the main road.  4. Area for improvement - the rate for hotel taxi to airport should not be higher than the normal flag down taxis

Location wise is very convenient. Close to the Jim Thompson House Museum. Very clean and great amenities.

Location is in Pathuwan area, long walk to the metro station and malls. There are many nearer options. The shower is full of mould. And water mixer don't work well. Travellers with young kids need to be aware that there may be sudden burst of hot water. Front desk staffs are friendly and speaks English.

The staff were warm and welcoming. The lobby had a pleasant fragrance, and complimentary refreshing drinks were provided, which was a nice touch. However, the room itself was average. There was a noticeable sewage smell, and when the room was serviced during our stay, it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. For instance, the finished shampoo bottle was left behind and only a new one was added.

All the staff are friendly and helpful as always. The location is convenient, making it easy to take a bike to the SIAM area if you prefer not to walk.

Very bad experience. AC is very noisy. Slow Water flow. Bad smell. Used toothbrush found in bathtub. Extra Charge for $700 per night for kids. Receptionist said that adult is defined to be 9 year old under their in house policy but do not show on trip.com when make the booking. Not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The female staff JK who checked us in was very friendly and helpful . Thank you for your hospitality. The room size is good . We enjoyed our stay . The breakfast set was good as well .
