유럽은 대개 방이 작은데 이곳은 비교적 커서 여유가 있습니다. 역과 가까워서 이동하기 편합니다. 겨울에는 비수기라 조용한 편입니다. 체크아웃 할 때 예약에 1인 조식만 있다고 1인 식사요금을 청구해서 휴대전화에 있는 바우처를 보여주었습니다. 한글 영문 2개 캡쳐해서 가지고 가면 좋습니다. 조식당의 음식은 품질이 좋습니다. 특히 오렌지주스 현장에서 착즙해서 마십니다.

Very nice hotel for very good value. (Great value for money) not too far from the railway station TGV high speed services from here across central France. The highway is very close by and offers direct cases to a major auto route in France. Hotel staff were beet friendly and accommodating when advising us on solutions for our travel requirements this short trip. Hotel room was clean and and well equipped. Local area offers many eateries that are excellent. Hotel location is tremendous, 8-10 minutes walk to the railway station Avignon TGV. Superb location. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night on the way down to the south of France. It's too bad that it was only for 1 night :-). Very new , nice and well maintained hotel. We were greeted to a nice room upgrade on our arrival. We had dinner at the restaurant which was good and my eldest son had room service which was equally good. It was too cold to enjoy the swimming pool. They have a nice indoor garage. It was a really nice stay and it will be for sure on my list for a future stay in the area.

The room was what you would expect from an ibis budget, although some fluffier towels wouldnt have gone astray. The room was very clean and the staff at reception were very friendly. Just near the lift there is a microwave and kettle if you prefer to make your own breakfast which is handy, as well as a couple of vending machines. We ate breakfast one morning and felt we got value out of €7.50. They had baguette, soft cheese, jam, crossiants, cake, cereal fruit & yoghurt and juices with a couple of coffee machines. There was a big school group staying while were there so they did fill the breakfast room but were generally polite. The location is great. A few blocks from the station and just outside the city walls.

Bonjour à vous qui lisez ces lignes. Concernant cet établissement, je dirais qu’en ce qui concerne sa partie accueil et amabilité, c’est un sans faute. En effet, le personnel, que ce soit au téléphone ou à la réception est agréable et chaleureux. Suite à notre installation, nous remarquons l’état de la chambre qui est tout à fait dans la moyenne, bien que le mobilier n’ai pas été fixé à l’aide d’un niveau. Bonjour aux maux de tête et angoisses pour les perfectionnistes ! Malgré tout, les flexibles de douche fuient et les WC n’arrêtent pas très bien leur remplissage en eau. Dans sa partie animation en revanche, nous n’avons pas été déçu ! En début de soirée, nous participons à la rediffusion d’un télé-crochet avec les voisins de la chambre d’à côté. La finesse des matériaux que l’on conçoit aujourd’hui est tout à fait bluffante ! Enfin bon, vous devez vous dire que je m’égare, et vous auriez raison. En deuxième petite partie de nuit, vers 1h du matin, déclenchement de l’alarme incendie. Chouette, moi qui voulait vivre un séjour riche en émotions, je suis servi. L’évacuation est donc donnée mais mince, pas d’animateur présent à l’extérieur et aucun participant ne souhaite participer à cet événement. Après plusieurs minutes sans nouvelles, et différentes appels à la réception, nous apprenons alors que les clés de l’alarme étaient introuvables, quel bonheur. Au bout de dix minutes l’alerte s’arrête et nous pouvions retourner dans les bras de Morphée. Bien qu’appliqués sur la partie événement, la suite se déroula dans le calme et la sérénité Malgré ce commentaire railleur, l’hôtel propose ce que l’on attend de lui. Un confort et ce au meilleur prix. Quant événements de ce soir là, je suppose, ils restent de nature tout à fait exceptionnel.

Great location. Close to train and bus stations (0.5 miles ) and close to all the main attractions. The reception staff were very welcoming. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. Well done to all the Team at Hotel Danieli , you made this a very pleasant trip. Keep up the good work.

酒店的一切都挺好，裝修和衛生條件方面都還不錯，但是酒店的前台存在很大的問題。並非指所有前台工作人員，而是前台某一位在2022年晚上10點到晚上11點期間當值的瘦高的中年男士非常粗魯，2022年1月7日晚上10點左右回到酒店的時候發現大門已經關上，於是按鈴，但是前台沒有人，於是多按了幾次，結果過了一會兒當值的那位前台中年瘦高男士罵罵咧咧地來開門，對着作為顧客的我大喊大叫，之後竟然還不依不饒地跟我發生爭論，然後指責作為顧客的我按鈴幾乎吵醒了整棟酒店（第二天跟前台另一位工作人員反映這個情況之後，工作人員表示按鈴衹是在前台和工作人員隨身攜帶的電話機上有顯示，而奇怪的是，昨晚在按鈴的同時並沒有聽到那位工作人員有通過電話機讓我稍微等一下，所以我才會多按了幾次鈴）。後來我表達這位工作人員的態度讓我感到很不舒服，而且這種大喊大叫的行為像是在對待一個**，這位工作人員回答“是的，就是在對待一個**”。綜上，已經不是按鈴這件事情這麼簡單了，這位工作人員的職業素養，還有待人接物明顯地不符合酒店工作人員應該具備的，並且麪對不同的客人明顯感覺出了種族歧視，已經投訴，正在等着酒店方面給出回應。想着預定這家酒店的顧客請一定三思而後行，如果遇到那位瘦高中年男士可能會讓人感到極度地不舒服。

Très bon emplacement intramuros pour visiter Avignon. Très beau bâtiment situé à 4 minutes à pied de la gare d'Avignon Centre et à 11 minutes à pied du Palais des Papes. Bonne literie. Piscine bienvenue. Nous avons changé de chambre 3 fois, panne de conditionnement d'air sous 35°...trop d'escaliers. Salles de bains beaucoup trop petites avec baignoire même dans les chambre surclassées. Peintures défraîchies dans les chambres. Personne au bar pendant notre séjour d'une semaine. Ascenseurs souvent en panne. Manque d'attention au petit déjeuner personnel dépassé. Je pense que cet hôtel mérite 3*** et pas 4**** comme indiqué.

The location was perfect - situated right next to City Hall. The staff was friendly, and we really appreciate the bottle of rose and olive oil as presents to celebrate our anniversary. The room size was petite, but it is on par with the hotel rooms we stayed in France, although the bathroom here was pretty large. There was a bit of a miscommunication with our to-go breakfast, but it got resolved quickly.

Wonderful location, right next to Palais des Papes. I splurged for the terrace room and did not regret it. The room itself was fine. However, I did have trouble working the AC, but I was able to remedy it by opening a window. It was nice to see people make their way in and out of the Palais des Papes. The breakfast buffet offered a continental selections with breads, scrambled eggs, and bacon/sausages. There were many restaurants nearby, and even a movie theater. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute way from the hotel. I bought some water and soda and placed it on the mini-fridge in my room. The concierge was very attentive and gave me a map of the city as part of the welcome and some authentic French restaurant recommendations.
