On first entering the room I was very impressed. In fact separate sleeping room to living area. V clean. Bed comfortable. Shower low in pressure but ok. Breakfast fine. However my husband and I were staying for my cataract removal at local hospital. After second night we thought my husband could return to work and I'd booked another night as single. The operation was not in morning as expected but afternoon. It was clear that my husband would need stay to support me. We passed reception on way up to room and told manager of this change, but said have go straight to room now cos exhausted. I heard manager say, ok you pay for this night later. Agreed, but in event we were both in bed by 10.00 pm . Received knock on door at 11pm a staff member requiring payment. We were shocked and upset that this happened - didn't really think would be a problem to pay in morning. We had already paid for the two previous nights of course. Yeah, certainly spoilt what would have been a v comfortable stay. Oh yes also we had left sign up to clean room whilst I was in hospital - that did not happen either.
