Friendly staff, but facility maintenance and breakfast need urgent improvement Overall, my stay at Ravatel Hotel was okay, but there are several major areas that need management's attention. On the positive side, the front desk team was very friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job keeping everything clean. However, the facility comfort and dining were highly disappointing. Despite the very hot weather, the hotel did not turn on the air conditioning in the lobby or inside the elevators. Moving through these common areas was incredibly uncomfortable. Furthermore, the breakfast service was poor—the kitchen quality and meals were simply not good. Basic guest support also felt lacking. If management improves the food quality and ensures common area AC is functional, this would be a much better hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast, but the problem is that 2 hotels use the same breakfast area, so in the morning you can barely find a seat, especially recently.
