The hotel was really near to all the places I planned to go in Bac Giang. I was totally amazed with how big and modern the hotel was when I first saw it. The neccessities inside was extremely beautiful as well, you have to go to the roof top pool if you come here, so cute.

Xung quanh rất nhiều cây xanh, trong phòng đầy đủ tiện ích và có cả máy giặt, phòng tôi ở còn có cả bếp để nấu, không thể tin được là khách sạn tiêu chuẩn 4 sao lại quan tâm đến khách hàng từ những điều nhỏ như vậy. Phòng gym máy móc khá tốt, bể bơi nước nóng. Nhân viên nhiệt tình có thể nói được cả tiếng trung và tiếng anh. Sẽ quay lại lần tới khi về Bắc Giang công tác tiếp.

I loved everything about this hotel. It's located centrally in Bac Giang providing easy access to all areas of the city. It provides a high level of security with a security outpost at the entrance and further security to the rear. There is ample secure parking for all types of vehicles bikes, motorcycles and cars alike . The entrance lobby is very grandiose and spacious, decorated with wonderful chandeliers, a spiral staircase, the Van Ha Bar , a centrally located 24 hour reception where your every need will be cared for. My room was clean and spacious and was cleaned exquisitely on each day of my stay. The view from my window was onto the grand square and was fantastic I was provided with a greeting gift on my arrival. The bathroom was superb. The wifi was excellent. The restaurant is fantastic and so spacious with huge windows providing a view onto the square where the cities people go exercising in the early morning and at sunset. The choice of food for breakfast was many , varied with all fresh and perfectly prepared and wonderfully presented. The staff at this hotel were the kindest, most attentive and helpful as I've ever met. I hope I'll get the opportunity to stay at this hotel again. Paul Clarke

Vị trí đẹp, thuận tiện. Phòng rộng và sạch sẽ, mình không nghĩ ở Khách sạn 3 sao mà phòng đẹp như thế. Nhân viên thân thiện lắm. Sẽ quay lại ủng hộ nếu có dịp về BG.

Hiện đại, có thể điều kiển mọi thiết bị trong phòng chỉ cần dùng smartphone, lễ tân phục vụ nhiệt tình, ăn sáng ngon lắm nhé, mình tới vào buổi đêm đã đặt phòng trước qua app nên checkin cực kì nhanh gọn, có gọi cooktail sunset ngồi dưới quầy ba chill hết mức với bạn bè
