1. My dirty plates and silverware sat in front of me for hours. 2. They did not ask if my food and drink was okay. 3. They never came back to offer more water, or dessert. 4. They never brought my bill

Bathroom dirty and stinky.too many questions by the housekeeper.they gave us a hard time before they finally decided to move us into a different room..will never stay at this hotel..avoid this hotel at all costs..

We recently stayed 2 nights at the O Hotel in Bacolod. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the breakfast was great and the service was top notch!!! The hotel was under going renovation but it didn’t bother us at all. If the staff had not informed us, we wouldn’t have known it. We will absolutely stay here the next time we’re in Bacolod.

The best hotel i’ve ever been privilege enough to stay at. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, hospitable and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bacolod city.

Kudos to the Ohotel Staff, from front desk to the bistro, to the maintenance. They are all accommodating and super friendly.. The room are clean too..Been staying here since July this year for my OBT, so far did not encounter troubles that aren't solve immediately. Thumbs up for this hotel management. 👍👍🥰

I stayed for 2 days and 1 night with this awsome hotel. The staff was very accommodating, and also their hotel amenities was very good. Highly recommend for bussines traveller. Lastly I really enjoy also their food at the Master's Resto Keep it up!! God bless you all.

Highly recommended Hotel in Bacolod City and very accessible. I was with my family the staff was very accommodating and approachable. Wifi connection is good and the food is excellent. Rooms are very clean. We will surely come again soon. :)

We needed a room in a hurry. With no reservations we went to the hotel and friendly employees helped us and we were able to get a room. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the on premises restaurant is great the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

Spend two nights at this hotel. The place has its own parking area. There is security and staff all the time. The rooms were clean and had adequate bathrooms. Refrigerator and good air conditioner included but only works when the room card is left in the slot. Breakfast was included in my reservation. There was a good selection of food including an omelet station. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is located in the city and is close enough to a lot of businesses. Airport ride was not long here even with traffic.
