Warm and friendly reception when checking in on May 2 in the afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. No, this is not a 5 star and it doesn’t claim to be, but the staff are friendly, the rooms have everything you need, and they are clean. Breakfast and dinner were very good with multiple food selections and dessert. The table service was friendly and efficient. Note you pay separately for all beverages but the prices are reasonable. The welcome Prosecco was a nice touch. We had free admission to the Alpentherme and the hotel had everything together in a tote including slippers, towels and robes waiting in our room. It is a leisurely 8-10 minute walk to the spa. The view from our balcony was awesome. Free underground parking. 100% would recommend and would stay again.

First of all don’t believe the pictures, the hotel is under 3 stars hotel, also overpriced for 3 hotel price The manager is rude, as he said with exactly letter “ i have the money now if you want to leave the hotel, leave “ we came from 8h flight as we see the apartment is the other side of the hotel we need to go up and down because of the stairs. We book as non-refundable but after we check the hotel we couldn’t stay for the night. We tried to contact booking to cancel the reservation but the hotels declined the request. The female manager didn’t won’t to go outside here office to talk to us she keeps sending the receptionist boy. At the night there is alot of noise in the apartment, also for 4 persons there is only 1 toilets. I don’t recommend anybody to book the hotel before he comes here and see what he is looking for.

the fact that the Bergbahnen tickets were included, and also the termal spa made this a good deal.
Hotel is clean and well maintained
We hade an apartment for the family.
Think that breakfast should have been included
Can absolutely recommend it

Very good accomodation: spacious and clean room, with nice-view balcony and clothes harse; minor faults in room appliances. Very quiet. Free parking in garage. Excellent breakfast, dinner not equally satisfactory mainly due to time being 8 pm and staff being eager to finish service. Other inconvenience being finding no-one at the reception at 10 pm, crazy, no previous notice : we had to help ourselves behind the desk to get the room key.

I have stayed in this hotel. I do not recommend it at all. True, the room is spacious and good, but the staff is very bad, there is no dealing with them, ****** and uncooperative. The internet in the suite is very bad. The hotel is only one star. It does not deserve 3 stars

Der Check in war leider daneben. Sie hatten keine Buchung von uns gefunden. Das war etwas mühsam, bekamen aber dann doch ein Zimmer!

Wir waren in das Gastein im Juli 2022. Wir hatten uns sehr kurzfristig entschieden um unseren Jahresurlaub um 4 Nächte zu verlängern, und da kam uns Das Gastein im Sinne. Kurzer Anruf, Email Bestätigung und wir konnten anfahren. Das Personal war insgesamt super nett und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl von der erste Minute an. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht und es uns nicht bereut. Alles war super lecker. Zu den Preis-Leistung-Beurteilung gehört auch, dass die Gasteiner Bergbahnen UND die Thermen inklusive sind: ein wirklicher Hammer. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Prinzipiell handelt es sich um ein traditionelles Hotel. Bei der Ankunft sandte uns der freundliche Rezeptionist in eine Tiefgarage im Nebengebäude. Ich konnte das nicht glauben und fragte extra 2x nach. Natürlich war das falsch, denn die Tiefgarage befindet sich tatsächlich im selben Gebäude. Der Schlüssel passte natürlich nicht und blieb stecken. Als ich versuchte ihn abzuziehen brach er ab. Anstatt sich für den schlechten Aprilscherz zu entschuldigen wurde mir eine Strafe von 70 Euro auf die Rechnung gesetzt. Nie wieder!
