The most important thing when you book a night at any hotel is to get a good night’s sleep. And when it’s 35 degrees outside and you check in to a room with no air conditioning or fans provided, it’s just not acceptable. The temperature in our bedroom was 32 degrees making it impossible to sleep until the temperature starting dropping around 2am. Apart from the lack of sleep the hotel was ok, a bit outdated, but ok service. Food in restaurant was very traditional German and quite expensive, but tasted ok.

Free cancellation, however, they don't answer to the calls and the emails about the cancellation. Then they keep sending papers to the home address (they could have just replied to the 10 emails I sent or called me back) requesting to pay on their bank account, when they ALREADY TOOK the money from the credit card. Again, emails, phone calls, no answers or people that didn't speak English. Just after I said I would contact the police about that, they stopped to send letters, and guess what... they answered my emails What a joke

Wir wussten nicht, dass es sich um ein Seniorenhotel handelt, da dies nirgends angegeben ist. Das war kein Problem, aber es wäre gut gewesen, das zu wissen. Leider müssen wir uns endlos über das Essen beschweren. Ich habe noch nie eine so furchtbare Auswahl an Speisen erlebt. Nichts war frisch. Die Gnocchi lösten sich nur mit maximaler Kraft vom Servierlöffel. Wenn es sich tatsächlich um ein Seniorenhotel handelt, dann würde ich mir für die älteren Menschen gesünderes, frischeres Essen wünschen. Wir versuchten, unsere halbe Pension zurückzubekommen, weil wir uns weigerten, das Essen zu essen, einschließlich des Frühstücks. Leider war der Service nicht gut genug, um uns für ihre Unzulänglichkeiten zu entschädigen. Ich empfehle NICHT, hier etwas zu essen. Die Saunalandschaft kann ich bestätigen, sie ist ganz nett, ABER sie wird erst um 14:00 Uhr aufgeheizt, was ein absoluter Witz für ein Wellnesshotel ist. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen und wünsche mir für die älteren Gäste, dass sie gesundes, frisches Essen zu sich nehmen.

Zimmer war sehr schön und Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Dame der Rezeption war kompetent und freundlich. Für die Übernachtung bekommt man eine Gästegarte. In Bad Kissingen sollte man auf jeden Fall den Kurgarten mit den klassizistischen Bauten angucken

Die Lage des Hotel ist super, direkt am Rosengarten, daher sehr leicht zu finden. Bei der Ankunft sind wir sehr herzlich Empfangen worden. Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern unterwegen und es gab sogar eine abschließbare Fahrradgarage. Das Aufladen des Akkus war dort auch möglich. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß mit Balkon und Aussicht auf den herrlichen Rosengarten, obwohl wir ein günstigeres Zimmer mit Blick in den Innenhof gebucht hatten. Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen voll übertroffen. Der Preis war einmalig!

Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir kamen mit dem Fahrrad. Leider gibt es keine Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder. Zudem hatten wir uns auf den Wellnessbereich gefreut. Der war aber geschlossen. Bei der Buchung war das leider auch nicht ersichtlich.
