Hotel dengan Sarapan pagi di Bagnoles-de-l＇Orne

Tout d'abord désolée pour mon erreur de cet avis sur le SPA B&O Resort en premier lieu. Ce dernier concerne bien la résidence et non le spa: Nous revenons donc pour la deuxième fois dans ce lieu. La première fois nous avions payé plein tarif pour avoir une chambre située à côté de l'ascenseur, nous avions été dérangé toute la nuit par ”une soufflerie”, signalé à l'accueil le lendemain matin, sans obtenir de solution particulière. Cette fois-ci, nous avons bénéficié d'une chambre en légère promotion, pour, arrivés sur place, être logés cette fois-ci face à l'ascenseur, avec un accès dans le sas, bonjour le bruit. Une autre chambre nous a été proposée mais avec un supplément, d'accord. Mais là où je ne suis plus d'accord, c'est que cela reste toujours dans un sens! Pourquoi payer des suppléments alors que lorsque nous, nous trouvons de l'eau froide dans l'espace ludique, à ne pas pouvoir y rester sans se bouger constamment, puis un hammam brûlant impraticable et une nouvelle chambre avec une porte fenêtre défectueuse où le vent s'est engouffré toute la nuit, ainsi que de l'eau qui s'est répandue sur le parquet, nous ne pourrions pas bénéficier aussi d'une ristourne pour tous ces désagréments? Ou au moins, l'annulation du supplément, ce serait la moindre des choses, non? Dommage.

Perfectly located. Very clean and easy access. Good parking. Would have given a better score but for the terrible WiFi and the reception from the waiter at breakfast. Let’s start with the WiFi. Really poor and unreliable. Have to log back in on multiple occasions. There was very little 4G or 5G so very reliant on the hotel WiFi which didn’t function all of the time. Breakfast designed from 07.00-10.00. We arrived at 09.45 to the waiter role is eyes and looking at his watch. He was quite present to us but couldn’t help but notice the non verbal que’s. Finally-the lifts don’t work in sync so you have to request both lifts. They do not work intelligently so both lifts get sent to the floor where both buttons have been pressed which slows things down! Would I stay again…. Probably as the spa was great and it’s in a great location. I’d want to know the WiFi has been upgraded.

While a little close to the coast to make an ideal first night in France for those on a leisurely schedule this is an splendid place to stay. While our bedroom was slightly old-fashioned and the lift is definitely old style French Hotel this did not detract from the Manoir’s charm. The Manoir is in a wooded area just out of town and is set in a delightful garden with some very interesting plants. The public rooms (which are not in the least old-fashioned) have good views over the garden. The staff are very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our dinner (though you probably have to like mushrooms) and the wine list is very interesting. Breakfast was spectacular with an amazing range of home-made items ( I have never seen my husband eat chocolate cake for breakfast before) and meant lunch was not required. Overall definitely five star
