Title: Great Location for a Fun Theme Park Visit Review: Location: Great location, especially if you’re visiting the theme park. Very convenient and easy to find food around the area. Room: The room is spacious and comfortable. However, the towel and pillow could be improved for better comfort. The water pressure was also a bit low. Although the price is slightly on the higher side, the overall stay was still pleasant. Breakfast: Breakfast was decent and satisfactory. Service: Service was excellent, especially from the counter staff and bellboy who were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast offers a good variety, catering well to Chinese tastes. The soy milk is quite good; it doesn't taste like instant, and thankfully lacks that raw, beany flavor you sometimes get from freshly ground. The room was clean and tidy. My only minor complaint is that the beds are too small – two single beds aren't ideal for a family of three.

Homestay themed hotel in the city of Ipoh. Convenient and clean. Carpark available. Self check in and check out kiosk. Instructions and guidelines will be provided by the owner a day earlier of the trip.

My sun protection clothing fell to a lower floor, and the front desk returned it to me when I checked out, which was great. The pool cleanliness was decent, but it might feel a bit small for adults. Environment: Good Hygiene: Good Service: Good Facilities: Okay

Room age and looks old especially the flooring SPC wood layer already peeled out and loose after we accidentally kicked on it near balcony, but is broken easily due to rain water seepage in from balcony and luckily our feet didn't get hurts after accidentally kick on it, also in detachable condition so really deteriorating . Took RM100 deposit upon check in and we worried they will blame this on us but luckily they didn't say anything. I hope the management will at least change the flooring, as it can pose dangerous risk and don't let bad things happen over only regret over it. Breakfast is included, under age 5 is free.

Cleaniness: i found a used coffee pack underthe wardrobe Location is alright, ntging special but nothing bad either Service: idk the service is kinda meh… and the fridge is not cold at all, it takes literally 2 days (48hours) to cold up my drinks The breakfast and event is nice and the waitress there is nice as well… i just don’t like the staff didnt invite to go outside for the countdown…. imagine Im still sitting there after 12:00 after countdown haha. if the cleaniness and service is fixed i think i should be 10/10 hotel ngl

I always stay at this hotel whenever I return to Taiping. The room is consistently clean, and the bed is very comfortable—there’s usually nothing to complain about. However, during this stay, it was quite noisy, possibly due to generator noise, as the room was on the highest floor and near the lift. The breakfast selection could also be improved.

This hotel truly offers a special atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond; our names were even on a welcome board! We were upgraded and treated like VIPs. The general manager clearly fosters excellent hospitality. Even a waiter moonlighting as a village trekking guide made our experience unforgettable. It felt more like a home than a hotel. If you're looking for authentic warmth and connection, this is it!

Great location and food, pools are small, but my kid like it very much. Area to be impressed: 1 amenities: the noise isolation by window is not sufficient. The noise from outside cooling tower sounds too big in the night sleep. 2 cleanliness: the floor under the bed is the blind spot in the quality control of cleaning

The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding soft and skin-friendly, and the good soundproofing ensured a peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in and check-out efficient and quick. A special shout-out to the breakfast – a diverse selection of fresh and delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The hygiene was satisfactory, with timely daily cleaning. Great value for money; I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future business trips or vacations.
