Title: Great Location for a Fun Theme Park Visit Review: Location: Great location, especially if you’re visiting the theme park. Very convenient and easy to find food around the area. Room: The room is spacious and comfortable. However, the towel and pillow could be improved for better comfort. The water pressure was also a bit low. Although the price is slightly on the higher side, the overall stay was still pleasant. Breakfast: Breakfast was decent and satisfactory. Service: Service was excellent, especially from the counter staff and bellboy who were very helpful and friendly.

Everything is good. I book for my 20th annivesary ❤️The hotel is connected to the mall, the room is clean and big for a king studio room with a clean bathtub. Breakfast is like other hotels but everything is delicious. Nasi lemak with squid sambal is very different from other hotels😍 will definitely come again.

Overall, this accommodation offers excellent value for money. The room was extremely clean, which we really appreciated. We booked a room with a private bathroom. At first, we thought the living room and kitchen would be shared with all guests staying in the villa. However, it turned out that the villa is divided into independent units with three rooms inside one unit. We only shared the living room with guests from the other two rooms in the same unit. During our stay, no one else really used the common area, so it felt very comfortable and almost private. The self check-in via kiosk was very convenient, as we didn’t have to interact with anyone. Near the kiosk, there is also a water dispenser, sofas to rest on, and a restroom, which was very thoughtful. We also liked the variety of restaurant recommendation QR codes displayed at the property. We stayed here with our 8-year-old child and had a very relaxing time. We would definitely stay here again whenever we visit Ipoh.

Nice hotel. Spacious room for our family. Stayed for one night. Near to madam kok & ipoh stable market. Didnt expect a glass elevator, luckily our room only at level 5. Small swimming pool. Kommon coffee at the lobby.

Room age and looks old especially the flooring SPC wood layer already peeled out and loose after we accidentally kicked on it near balcony, but is broken easily due to rain water seepage in from balcony and luckily our feet didn't get hurts after accidentally kick on it, also in detachable condition so really deteriorating . Took RM100 deposit upon check in and we worried they will blame this on us but luckily they didn't say anything. I hope the management will at least change the flooring, as it can pose dangerous risk and don't let bad things happen over only regret over it. Breakfast is included, under age 5 is free.

Pro : Hotel with beautiful design. Magic mirrow with bluetooth connect to handphone. Can play music gao gao when bath. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast taste good. Con : Superior Room is small, size about the same as Tokyo hotel room. Shower area even small til I almost stick to wall to take bath.

My 3rd time stay at this hotel. Overall i can say is the first (2022) and second (2023) better than this time (2025). I don't know why, but I think they need to upgrade their facilities (shower, television channel, mini refrigerator, cleanliness of mattress, got stain on it) cause its look old ☹️. But, the service soo good. They sooo friendly and welcoming. I feel very comfortable and make me want to stay again and again at Novotel whenever I go to Taiping. Btw, their breakfast quite good.

Newly renovated room on 8 floor. Very decent room and breakfast for the pricing. Parking outside the hotel . Good location near to airport and petrol station. Hotel is under renovation but still is decent enough. 41 RM for breakfast for 1 pax seem cheaper than booking online which is for 2 pax and higher price.

We're frequent travellers to Ipoh on monthly basis. As we arrived early before 3pm this time, counter staff was working on allowing about 2 hours of early check-in, appreciated. Vehicle parking process was well explained. Restaurant staff were friendly during breakfast session.

The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding soft and skin-friendly, and the good soundproofing ensured a peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in and check-out efficient and quick. A special shout-out to the breakfast – a diverse selection of fresh and delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The hygiene was satisfactory, with timely daily cleaning. Great value for money; I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future business trips or vacations.
