احب اشكر مدير الفندق/ مستر شريف لحسن ضيافتة وكرم الضيافة وحس المعاملة وبالاخص الاكل الجميل من الشيف زين مدير الاغذية والمشروبات الجميل الخلوق والاكل التحفة الشرقى والغربى وبالاخص قسم الحلوانى تحفة بجد والرجل الفاضل الاستاذ مصطفى مدير الاغزية والمشروبات والشيف رمضان السيد وفعلا بنصح اى حد رايح العين السخنة يروح بدون تفكير عند مستر شريف واحب اشكر كمان كل العاملين بقسم خدمة الغرف والهاوس كيبينج والامن ومسئولين الشاطئ للمستوى العالى من الخدمة والراحة ومستر علاء بالريسيبشن فعلا بشكركم جميعا وان شاء الله حتتكرر تانى قريبا وبالتوفيق

I loved our stay at Tanoak hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, one can relax and unwind. The hotel service was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was amazing with a large variety to choose from. The pool area is great and there is a shuttle to the private beach area which has bars and restaurants.

من احلى الاماكن فى العين السخنه فندق teda Swiss inn من اول فرض الامن الى التسكين كل الناس همها رحتك وبس ويسلام لو معاك اطفال هينبسو جدا فى منطقه العاب الماءيه ومنطقه fun valley الاكل فطار كويس وفيه تنوع كتير العشاء مش احسن حاجه يجب كل يوم عمل bqq وتنوع اكثر من الازم بشكل عام الاكل ظريف نيجى بقه للناس المحترمه اللى لازم نشكرهم القائد الاستاذ / محمد سعد فى الريسبشن قمه فى الزوق والاحترام والمساعده استاذ / وليد فى المطعم راجل فى منتهى الاحترام وبشوش ويخدمك من قلبه وطبعا القاءي / محمود حامد فى خدمه الغرف قمه فى الزوق والمساعده وطبعا الوجه البشوش وطبعا الاستوره الاستاذ / كارم اسم على مسمى فعلا راجل فى منتهى الاحترام والمساهده مع انى كنا فى رمضان وكان صايم بس فعلا شايف شغله على اكمل وجهه شكرا teda رمضان كريم وعيد سعيد عليكم تجربه تستحق التقرار

المكان جميل والخدمة ممتازةالادارة متعاونة معانا والاكل متنوع ومتجدد كل يوم وجميل ومن ناحية النظافة فبديلو 9/10 والشاطىء رائع والبحر مفيش صخور والرملة نضيفة الفندق كله زرع بس مع كده مفيش حشرات او زواحف والبسين نضيف جدا الانيميشن تيم تحفه وناس محترمه ومحبوبه جدا ❤️❤️

We wanted a newyear getaway and it was a perfect getaway , although rooms need a little update as they're quite old but however they were clean , the landscapes and beach is very nice . Overall the mood there is very nice , food quality and variety are very good too . Thank you for the stay .

Pros - The hotel is perfect for relaxation. If you're a couple looking to spend a relaxing time near Cairo, this is a great choice. - The room view was amazing; you'll enjoy the green spaces and the lake. - The hotel is very clean, and the housekeeping team was excellent. - They have a heated pool, which is great during winter. - All the staff were polite and respectful. - The food tasted great. Cons - There are no activities on-site, but they provided us access to the Grant Hotel, which has night shows. - There is not much variety in the food, especially for breakfast. - The heated pool is very small. Thanks to all the staff, especially Mr. Wael from Reception, and Ali and Ahmed from the restaurant.

Terrible Service and Discrimination - Do Not Stay Here at Any Cost, Especially if You're a Foreigner Because They Will Judge You by Your Looks! My stay at this hotel was terrible. As a Lebanese tourist, I expected good service, but I faced discrimination and neglect the entire time. 1. Discrimination: The staff treated us very badly and unfairly. They were rude and seemed to judge us for no reason. 2. Food Poisoning: My cousin got very sick after eating the food from the hotel. The staff did not care at all and did not offer any help, which is unacceptable. 3. No Help: When we asked for help with my cousin's sickness, the staff ignored us and showed no sympathy. 4. Bad Check-out: When we tried to check out, we had to wait 4 hours to speak to a manager about our problems. In the end, they dismissed us and did nothing to solve our issues. The staff at this hotel is rude and unprofessional. They don't respect their guests at all. We experienced a lot of stress!! Avoid this hotel at all costs! Our experience was awful from beginning to end.
