Hotel berhampiran Centron, Baku

Мне очень понравился этот отель. Душевный и приветливый персонал, хорошие удобные номера. Достаточно хорошее питание-мы покупали проживание с завтраками. Колбасы, сыр, яичница, сосиски, яйца, овощи. Давали фрукты : яблоки, груши и мандарины. Подают несколько видов соков, чай, кофе. При отеле есть спа центр, мне очень понравился хамам и финская сауна с бассейном-это бесплатно для постояльцев. Отель находится не в самом центре города, но рядом есть станция метро Низами, или можно доехать на такси, оно в городе дешевое. Мы пользовались убером. Недалеко есть супермаркет Grandmart, сеть магазинов Bravo. А если пройти чуть вниз по дороге, можно зайти в кафе Zaura, единственное место по моему мнению, где можно недорого поесть горячее и супы. Важный момент при оплате проживания -если вы оплачиваете на месте, то принимают только доллары и манаты. Я очень рекомендую этот отель, здесь создано все для комфортного отдыха!

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. السلام عليكم من الكويت بالنسبة لي الفندق فوق الممتاز حلو و عجيب و خدمة ممتازة و نظافة و راحة و سرعه و كل شي فيه حلو و الحلو فيه قريب من شارع نظامي الريوق كان مجانا .. كان عادي و بنفس الوقت لذيذ ووانصح بالفندق و بشدة خاصه للمتزوجين او العوائل ..........

I stayed here during my stay in Baku and was really impressed with the hotel. The service at reception is warm, welcoming & helpful. The room was located on the 5th floor and well presented & very comfortable bed (which I needed as I was exhausted after sightseeing and travelling from neighbouring Georgia). The breakfast is plentiful and the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Nizami Street & 15 minutes to the seafront. I would stay here again!

الصراحة جاية من جدة من أجل هذا الفندق الرائع بشكله المبدع وحصل واجهت مشكلة واول مرة أواجهة مثل هذا المشكلة في التأخير في سداد المبلغ من المسؤلين في باكو رغم شركة المسافر تم تسديد المبلغ من شركة المسافر قبل 7ايام وكنت في انتظار استلام القرفة تفاحاءت بأن المبلغ لم يسلم والصراحة وبكل مصداقية كان تعامل الموظفين رائع والادارة رائعة المدير كان جدا رائع والمديرة رائع والغالي شاهين من أروع التعامل وتم تعويضي بغرفة سويت وعشاء أقدم أجمل عبارات الشكر والتقدير والاحترام والصراحة عملت للفندق دعاية حلوة لمتبعيني في السناب و صديقاتي وأهلي snap. kokandyrrأ ل مع شكري واحترامي لجمع المسؤلين عن الفندق وشكر خاص للمدير والأستاذ شاهين

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Baku was very comfortable.The Staff was warm and helpful. The Location is excellent. The Breakfast was sumptuous and the timings relaxed. One member of the Staff at breakfast took it on himself to remind us to come early, everyday. On a lighter note ! No complaints, we were always served well. The Rooms are large and well appointed, it was important for us as it was an 8 days stay. I would strongly recommend this Hotel for Stay in Baku.

First time using this hotel mainly due to the location and ease of getting to walk to work the following day. The hotel itself if great – nice and clean with all rooms being huge in size including good bed, TV refreshments and a decent bathroom. It’s a fair walk into the main Baku fountain square however on this occasion my work was around the corner from the marine hotel so perfect. – Would I use again? Certainly will – in fact I have reserved 2 future dates that coincide with my work, in fact the price is also amazing due to location – If you was there for the F1 you would be laughing as you could fall out of bed and be on the main track..

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

Walking 🚶♂️ 🚶♀️ distance from the airport, just walk directly to the hotel, you will see right infront of you. Quickly Bypass the Taxi Hawking parking lot into the path in the trees leading into the only building the Hotel, Walk through the beautiful Rosa Damascena, pass your hands on the fragrant Rosemary planted next to it The Hotel interior is beautiful and clean, the Staff give a good impression of how friendly Azerbaijani folks can be, from the Receptionist girl that checks you in, to the Door staff. The rooms will have more drinking water as I was dehydrated after the flight and the water was gone in seconds. Talked to the staff they said they will immediately start adding more bottles of drinking water to all hotel rooms, they did so as they showed me they have a whole storage room full of drinking water bottles. Breakfast was very nice, Breakfast Waiters were extremely helpful. Night Bar/Restaurant also nice, a very patient waiter went through all their Menu on phone then he went through the whole menu again in person, until he saw I was satisfied with my choices. Highly Recommended
