Walking 🚶♂️ 🚶♀️ distance from the airport, just walk directly to the hotel, you will see right infront of you. Quickly Bypass the Taxi Hawking parking lot into the path in the trees leading into the only building the Hotel, Walk through the beautiful Rosa Damascena, pass your hands on the fragrant Rosemary planted next to it The Hotel interior is beautiful and clean, the Staff give a good impression of how friendly Azerbaijani folks can be, from the Receptionist girl that checks you in, to the Door staff. The rooms will have more drinking water as I was dehydrated after the flight and the water was gone in seconds. Talked to the staff they said they will immediately start adding more bottles of drinking water to all hotel rooms, they did so as they showed me they have a whole storage room full of drinking water bottles. Breakfast was very nice, Breakfast Waiters were extremely helpful. Night Bar/Restaurant also nice, a very patient waiter went through all their Menu on phone then he went through the whole menu again in person, until he saw I was satisfied with my choices. Highly Recommended

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

I had a great stay at ibis Baku on my trip to Baku, this was my 2nd trip and 2nd stay at the same hotel, rooms are still refreshing and looks quite new and updated, every other facilities are available which is mandatory , the staff is courteous and helpful in all the aspects. My special thanks to Mr. Bashir ( Duty Manager) for helping me and assisting through out the stay. He really goes out of his way to make sure the guests are happy and satisfied. Thanks to the other team members namely - Rufat and Naila as they kept meeting me all the time when I was at hotel during my stay, Overall a decent stay to remember and would definitely be coming again and again once I am in Baku again. Мне очень понравился этот отель. Душевный и приветливый персонал, хорошие удобные номера. Достаточно хорошее питание-мы покупали проживание с завтраками. Колбасы, сыр, яичница, сосиски, яйца, овощи. Давали фрукты : яблоки, груши и мандарины. Подают несколько видов соков, чай, кофе. При отеле есть спа центр, мне очень понравился хамам и финская сауна с бассейном-это бесплатно для постояльцев. Отель находится не в самом центре города, но рядом есть станция метро Низами, или можно доехать на такси, оно в городе дешевое. Мы пользовались убером. Недалеко есть супермаркет Grandmart, сеть магазинов Bravo. А если пройти чуть вниз по дороге, можно зайти в кафе Zaura, единственное место по моему мнению, где можно недорого поесть горячее и супы. Важный момент при оплате проживания -если вы оплачиваете на месте, то принимают только доллары и манаты. Я очень рекомендую этот отель, здесь создано все для комфортного отдыха!

Be careful, they are overbooking the hotel and then cancel people confirmed reservation few days before arrival. We made a reservation for two rooms in this hotel few months before arriving and our reservation wad confirmed. It was important to us to make the reservation in advance because we were traveling in the week of Formula 1 race and we knew the city will be full. Few days before arriving we received a message from them telling us to cancel our reservation because the hotel is full. We asked Agoda to call them. They checked it for us and indeed they were asking people to cancel their reservation because the were overbooking their rooms. Because it was last minute we end up taking one room, instead of two in a different hotel, paying more for it.

Небольшой,уютный отель в старом городе. Расположен в глубине улицы, во дворе, поэтому в номерах тихо. Не слышно ни машин, ни людей. Метро в 3 минутах ходьбы. Номер был делюкс, чистый и просторный. Всё есть для комфортного проживания. Лифт . Завтрак включен, каждому подают на подносе . Выбора нет. Оплачивать советую только по приезду. Нам оплатили местные через Букинг со своей карты и на ресепшн ни как не могли найти оплату. Работникам ресепшн за работу оценка два. Ноль информации и внимания. 第一次阿塞拜疆之旅，訂酒店時我真是猶豫了很久。最後還是定了離古城地鐵站很近的巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店。 從結論説，訂在巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店是正確的，性價比非常高。 1.離古城地鐵站非常近，走路10分鐘左右。到古城也是步行十幾分鍾。 酒店大門右邊有地下通道，穿過後就是海濱公園看裏海。裏海側房間和餐廳可以看到漂亮的海景，無任何遮擋，每天看着日出吃早餐，真是太幸福。 2.離地毯博物館非常近，幾百米 3.幾百米就有一個大商場，超市，買東西方便 4.這次入住還有一個小插曲，我當天辦理入住後，發現房間跟我預訂的房型有出入，就和前台反應。結果，當天剛剛有一個大的旅遊團入住沒房間了，前台的Samad先生和金髮碧眼的美女經理Elvira積極的幫我們解決問題，貼心的贈送我們點心，水果等，而且還附上了一張手寫的卡片。 從這裏可以看出，巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店的員工訓練有素，員工互相以及上下級之間的溝通準確，高效，給人感覺是所有員工都在共同努力提供最好的服務。而且Elvira經理還經常去餐廳檢查菜品，見到我們在用餐，馬上過來詢問有無問題，休息的如何等。我在日本二十多年，曾就業於日本的航空公司，自認為日本的服務世界一流，沒想到在阿塞拜疆的巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店也體驗到了不輸於日本的服務。 再説餐廳也是非常好，早餐種類豐富，菜品也經常換，每一位廚師都兢兢業業的工作，不衹是做菜，就連客人的一切都在關注，一次夾菜時，如果不小心，夾子會碰到菜品上面的照明燈，馬上兩個廚師就把菜品上方几個燈都調整了。麪包裏最推薦牛角包派類的，新烤的，酥酥脆脆的非常好吃。當然，全麥類，果仁類麪包也很好。餐廳的Murad先生還特意用中文和我們打招呼，經常過來看我們需要什麼，然後給我們端來熱熱的咖啡或茶。他們時刻在關注客人們，真心能感受到他們的熱情服務。 關於毛巾，礦泉水，拖鞋等打電話給前台，客房服務的帥哥馬上就送來了，非常快，在巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店住了八晚，每次都是這樣，非常好 結束了這次阿塞拜疆巴庫之旅回到了家，還要衷心感謝以美女經理Elvira為首的所有酒店員工，讓我的旅行有了很多很好的體會和新的感受。下次去阿塞拜疆巴庫還希望能入住巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店。再次多謝所有的工作人員。

من أفضل فنادق باكو من ناحية الموقع والإطلالة وتوفر المواقف المجانية وكما هو معروف مجموعة Accor مميزة في فنادقها ،وكنت قد جربت مجموعة من الفنادق الأخرى في نفس الفترة ولكن لا توجد مقارنة . شكر خاص لكافة العاملين في الفندق وبالخصوص العاملين في المطعم والإستقبال.
