Lari melepasi hotel ini!!! 1. Bedbugs - malangnya, kami tidak segera menemuinya, tetapi pada hari kelima kami tinggal daripada 7. Dan perkara yang paling teruk ialah mereka tidak melakukan apa-apa pembersihan (foto itu bukan untuk mereka yang lemah hati). Pengarah tidak menjawab. Hakikat bahawa ini adalah serangga berbahaya yang boleh dibawa pulang tidak mengganggu mereka dalam apa cara sekalipun, dan juga akan ada kos untuk ujian selepas menerima gigitan dan cucian kering semua perkara. Mereka menukar tilam paling banyak, di mana kehidupan lebih sejuk daripada kita. Tiada keputusan dibuat oleh tapak atau hotel. Perlu diingat bahawa tiada siapa yang bertanggungjawab untuk operasi tapak dan kualiti perkhidmatan hotel! 2. Rakaman bilik bukan 20 meter persegi, tetapi 14!!! Hotel services was very nice good heating systems is working good, hot water always comes,in cold weather, all thinghs perfect just because of TRIP.COM i booked hotel from trip.com, they always take care of the customers A suggestion is to stay there but be extra careful with the hotel accessories specifically gass doors, they are not strong. Live there extra care. I stayed for 7 days and the stay was pleasant just because of trip.com customer care and support

Dirty at times, door locks not working, cleaning services breaks into anytime they want to, for some reason they took my underwear when I was out, which is really weird, found cockroaches near my bed, but the cleaning service disinfected the room when I approached them. Breakfast is twice the price mentioned here, not much food though. Still the staff are some of the nicest people I've met, so I have mixed feelings about the stay. Also, a room with a window with a view to the city can also mean you're paying for the room with a window with a view to the wall of the next hotel five centimetres away from your window.

Washroom in room have cockraches roaming around. This hotel is near the famous NEXT club there due to which there are working professionals roaming around scamming people and hotel staff are also involved in the scams so don't expect anyone to help you. It's a bad area to stay there. Buffet for breakfast is also not good, it's mentioned there that Pakistani & Indian food but the cook is Azeri so its not relevant to us. DON'T STAY IN THAT AREA.

I checked in at 8.45pm and the hotel runs out of towel! I waited till 10pm and there is still no towel. Unbelievable

Everything was great Location is a bit out of town but a bolt ride will cost 3 Manat one way to the main center Over all the place is chill and have indian pakistani food Also got some good local restaurants around. All In All good for short stay

We checked in at 03:00am. Receptionist gave us the key and when we reached at the room door, the lock was broken and key was not working. There were cockroaches in the toilets with no shampoo/showergel or towels. We booked a double bed room and we were given only single blanket. A part of curtain reel was also broken, anyone could see inside the room. We had to fix it with pins.

This hotel management was very Worst. Firstly when we asked on our 2nd day of stay about Gym and fitness room, they said that this time it is close, and the time was almost between 7-8 pm. Then we asked about swimming pool, it was also closed. And the Spa was also closed. On our Check out day, our Check out time was 02:00 PM, and they call us 4 times before 02:00 PM that you need to clear the room. We told them again and again that we are readying our selves and there is still time in Check out, because our check out time was showing 02:00 Pm, but still he call us again and again and told us that clear the room.

Very nice stay at this hotel, neat and clean hotel. Rooms are spacious.staff is so polite and cooperative.

Its good for bear clubs visits Extra clib is near and the hotel is full of indians and pakistanis

No basic amenities like shower caps provided. A bit long walk from public transport points. Quite far from many attractions but 20-ish minutes walk to Heydar Aliyev. The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere though - lots of roads to cross. No enough lights in the hallway. Breakfast was okay (more like leftovers)
