Hotel berhampiran Pirsagi Park, Baku

It is a most convenient and comfortable hotel in this area. i feel like a home. Excellent service good language ability of reception staff.

I had a great stay at ibis Baku on my trip to Baku, this was my 2nd trip and 2nd stay at the same hotel, rooms are still refreshing and looks quite new and updated, every other facilities are available which is mandatory , the staff is courteous and helpful in all the aspects. My special thanks to Mr. Bashir ( Duty Manager) for helping me and assisting through out the stay. He really goes out of his way to make sure the guests are happy and satisfied. Thanks to the other team members namely - Rufat and Naila as they kept meeting me all the time when I was at hotel during my stay, Overall a decent stay to remember and would definitely be coming again and again once I am in Baku again. Thanks so much to the ibis Baku Team.

During my visit to Azerbaijan I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. First of all I got a warm welcome in my arrival. It made me feel like at home. Staff was always friendly and helpful, they delivered the best possible servise. The restaurant was offering delicious dishes, which we enjoyed a lot. I am looking forward to visit the hotel again. First what I want to mention that is location is very good almost everything is nearby, Ilkin from reception have helped us a lot during our stay and was super friendly. He has suggested us nice places to visit as well which we loved. Breakfast was fine not so many options but the guy at the breakfast was super kind and helpful, his name is also Ilkin. Murad from bell team very supportive and with good manners, Sadakat housekeeping supervisor with her team helped us so many times with our inquiries. And their manager very humble and good mannered guy whom you can ask for any help without hesitation which he can assist you to solve. We had some issue with the room on the first day and Ilkin helped us to move to another room within the next day. There is some construction works in front of the hotel right now which disturbs sometimes and won’t let you enjoy with sea view. We had reserved the room for 2 days from 30th of April until 2nd of May, but during our stay we decided to extend until 6th of May because location is really good. Hotel team should work on their foodcourt to make it better.

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

Hands down the best hotel in Baku. Very friendly,helpful and amazing staff. Especially Mr. Hussayn was very friendly and went out of his way to help us and other guests in every way. Gem of a person and an amazing hotel.

Good place to go everywhere. Near by Nizami street. If i come again Baku, i will stay here again. The most friendly staff is Husain bellman. He is smiling always.

The front desk were reluctant to provide additional water bottles. I had the family suite booked and still they were reluctant to provide more than 2 bottles of water which was pretty annoying. The breakfast area was too crowded and I guess to address this the breakfast timing should be 7:00 to 10:30, closing up at 10:00 is making it too crowded between 9:30 and 10:00 and the moment it is 10:00 you will find the restaurant people winding and talking all things inside. Too much chaotic and rude.

第一次阿塞拜疆之旅，訂酒店時我真是猶豫了很久。最後還是定了離古城地鐵站很近的巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店。 從結論説，訂在巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店是正確的，性價比非常高。 1.離古城地鐵站非常近，走路10分鐘左右。到古城也是步行十幾分鍾。 酒店大門右邊有地下通道，穿過後就是海濱公園看裏海。裏海側房間和餐廳可以看到漂亮的海景，無任何遮擋，每天看着日出吃早餐，真是太幸福。 2.離地毯博物館非常近，幾百米 3.幾百米就有一個大商場，超市，買東西方便 4.這次入住還有一個小插曲，我當天辦理入住後，發現房間跟我預訂的房型有出入，就和前台反應。結果，當天剛剛有一個大的旅遊團入住沒房間了，前台的Samad先生和金髮碧眼的美女經理Elvira積極的幫我們解決問題，貼心的贈送我們點心，水果等，而且還附上了一張手寫的卡片。 從這裏可以看出，巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店的員工訓練有素，員工互相以及上下級之間的溝通準確，高效，給人感覺是所有員工都在共同努力提供最好的服務。而且Elvira經理還經常去餐廳檢查菜品，見到我們在用餐，馬上過來詢問有無問題，休息的如何等。我在日本二十多年，曾就業於日本的航空公司，自認為日本的服務世界一流，沒想到在阿塞拜疆的巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店也體驗到了不輸於日本的服務。 再説餐廳也是非常好，早餐種類豐富，菜品也經常換，每一位廚師都兢兢業業的工作，不衹是做菜，就連客人的一切都在關注，一次夾菜時，如果不小心，夾子會碰到菜品上面的照明燈，馬上兩個廚師就把菜品上方几個燈都調整了。麪包裏最推薦牛角包派類的，新烤的，酥酥脆脆的非常好吃。當然，全麥類，果仁類麪包也很好。餐廳的Murad先生還特意用中文和我們打招呼，經常過來看我們需要什麼，然後給我們端來熱熱的咖啡或茶。他們時刻在關注客人們，真心能感受到他們的熱情服務。 關於毛巾，礦泉水，拖鞋等打電話給前台，客房服務的帥哥馬上就送來了，非常快，在巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店住了八晚，每次都是這樣，非常好 結束了這次阿塞拜疆巴庫之旅回到了家，還要衷心感謝以美女經理Elvira為首的所有酒店員工，讓我的旅行有了很多很好的體會和新的感受。下次去阿塞拜疆巴庫還希望能入住巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店。再次多謝所有的工作人員。
