"Overall a good location as there are 2 tram stops just a quick 3 to 5 mins walk away from the apartment. There is a minimart and 7-11 just downstairs, convenient for picking up necessities. The apartment was quite big and had very useful amenities like a washer, dryer and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and big fridge. Unfortunately, the air-conditioner wasn't the best for me as it was a standing type located near the window in the living room. Despite adjusting to the lowest temperature and highest fan speed, the bedroom was still quite warm. Body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner and towels were provided but not toothbrush, comb or bottled water. There was a kettle provided but I would prefer having bottled water provided daily. I was also surprised that housekeeping was not provided for my 5-nights stay. Fresh towels can be requested by hanging a sign on the door before 8 am. Generally a good stay but do note that the reception counter is not open 24 hours, so if you arrive outside these timings, separate arrangements should probably be pre-arranged."

"I was really happy with the location. It was right in the heart of the city, so it was close to everywhere and very convenient. The room was okay, but there were a couple of small things that could be improved. The carpet was wet because the fridge was leaking water, and unfortunately there was no hair dryer provided 😕. Other than that, the rest of the amenities were fine. Just wanted to mention these things as some small feedback. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"
