This caravan park is now basically cabins with spacing in the middle for caravans. The roads are narrow which does not help those trying to get into a site with another van behind. There is limited space space for a large van. The sites are narrow and where we were, the hedge came almost out to the road, I don’t know how sites are allocated but we had our 30’ van with another 26’ van behind which the adjoining sites had nothing there. I don’t understand why the staff don’t space the caravans out more. Admittedly the amenities were very good although we don’t use them much be self contained and clean. There are 2 amenities areas with a large kitchen are adjoining one. The park had a number of workers staying there who started about 6 am. It is not a park I would recommend if you have a large van. There is another part just under Flagstaff Hill which had a lot more space, although it was next to the railway line.

However, the lack of Netflix on the TVs, particularly for longer stays, is a drawback for a four-star hotel. Additionally, it was disappointing that my partner couldn't book any treatments due to limited availability. Despite these shortcomings, the overall experience was still enjoyable, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

nice comfortable bed and clean room, great views, the advertised laundry facility in every room wasn't there, there was a cupboard in the wardrobe but the door was locked and a shelf was in front of it so I assume that was once the laundry. The carpet outside the lift on the fourth floor where we were was ripped and threadbare. The place needs a bit of an overhaul, outside the doors to the rear carpark there were tiles lifting and broken. Made the place look shabby. The staff were pretty friendly and the restaurant food was excellent. It was a 2 minute walk to the hot springs and spa so that was great we took advantage of that. I would probably stay again as the location was good but I hope next time to see it in better shape.

A standard motel, great for a stopover. Perfectly clean and electric blankets were supplied which was a huge plus as the room was freezing when we arrived. A kitchenette in the room which was brilliant, the only negative was how thin the walls are as you could hear everything going on in the room next door

We were unlucky and lucky enough to have a breakdown with our caravan while travelling through Warrnambool. After organising tilt trays etc we turned to accomodation for ourselves and our four legged “child”. One call to Harmony and they couldn’t be more helpful or accomodating. Great place to stay that was private, quiet and relaxing given the circumstances. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Hope to return soon and when we do I know our chosen place to stay already. Thank you so much from us and Chevy. Made the experience so much better. Thanks David and Raquel

Great location, great price. Cannot complain about the room. Great shower, comfortable bed. Clean linen. Looks like it has had a new coat of paint. There is a microwave, kettle and toaster in the room. Also plates and cutlery. Great idea, probably a new thing from the new owner. Very quiet at night. Parking on the property or in the street. Only one thing bad, the air-conditioning was a bit noisy.

We stayed for the second year over New Years Eve. Staff are lovely - nothing is too much trouble. Park facilities and location are great. Only negative is that the cabins are getting very tired, definitely time for a bit of money to be spent on a refresh. However compared to many other parks at this time of year the cabins are relatively cheap so I guess like most things in life you get what you pay for. All of this said we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

New Owners and just renovated! Building has been painted inside and out. New furniture and has been tastefully done. Pricing was good and had netflix on the TV. No restaurant at this motel but plenty to eat with in a block of motel. Bed was comfortable. Only some street noise as location is on main street. Suggest asking for a room at the rear of building. Will stay here again though.

A great location - central and handy for everything, but also nice and quiet. Parking is a little tight. Shower was great. I was disappointed that there wasn't a desk (or even a table) as I was there on business and needed to stay on top of emails etc. There were some minor maintenance issues in my room (toilet and kettle) but the front office was never attended so I could not report them. If you are there for an extended period, be aware that they only service your room if you put out the sign. I didn't realise this until day 3 when I was in need of clean towels. Perhaps a sign by the door would be useful?

GgaylesmythOur stay was fantastic. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The only issue was the disability parking space. It really was not large enough to accomodate a person with a disability. Exiting the car was very tight due to the proximity of the next car. If one had a wheelchair on the roof that dropped down the Soave available was no were near adequate. This issue may need to ne addressed.

BBettyMcC80These are very nice, clean & tidy apartments. They're in an easy to access spot that's close to Main Street, food and attractions. They are on two floors, so not suitable if disabled, okay if you can manage stairs but hand rail doesn't go full length of stairs. Bedroom is quite roomy and downstairs a bit tight but okay for short stay.
